Dude that poor dog. Those people should not be allowed to own animals if that's how they're going to treat them. Dogs, and animals in general, are only as bad as their owners. If they're scared of the dog it is because of things they did. Leaving it outside 24/7, letting it fester in its own shit, throwing food at it instead of properly feeding it, probably weren't walking it so it had no outlet for its energy, and probably more things Stoopz didn't see, all of that is basically animal abuse. Glad that it has found a new home with people who will give it the attention and care it deserves.
