tbh, i completely agree. after trading for my dream car, torpedo, i just feel like theres not really much to do anymore😐 just the fact that i spent money on the gamepasses when i was actively grinding in 2019, and now im just bored. grinding is just repetetive now. beforehand, it was fun fighting against cops to protect your duffel bag, it was just different. trading and jbvalues, wich ABSOLUTELY manipulated ALL values, just ruined jailbreak. its not that blocky fun game that i used to play. its just about cars now. if you took a minute or two reading this, thanks and please like this comment. bye
I thought it was very fun initially, until I realize that same sequence. I started in season 20 and man I tell ya, thought it was fun, it looked nothing like the videos jb I saw back in the days. Now it’s just extremely difficult just to earn a million cash in the public servers. And remember, I just started so am I like how!? And why did it become this? I feels as if I gotta buss my ass of 20x every ad any f1, f2 player.

This is a very accurate video for me, because I have been offered so many things for my OG cars because I basically have every OG car you can think of. I luckily came onto the game probably a week ago and then I met someone that was really kind to me and taught me about the current game. He told me don't do any trades unless you're sure of a value and the website you're using is accurate. He really does help me a lot and I am very thankful for that.

trading is a really good update IN CONCEPT, but trading in a community like jailbreak, all hell broke loose.
edit: tbh i feel really bad for the badimo team, they worked so hard for this update and thought it would help the community. but it actually made it worse.

Jailbreak ain't all about money or the cars you got. i agree with most of what you said, but duping is definitely real. also, richness isnt about how you treat others, it's about how much in-game currency you have and maybe some cool limiteds you have. i agree that everyone should be nice to eachother though

Scammers have ruined jailbreak along with cross traders and money traders, valued on cars are way to high there’s no reason something should be valued any higher than 10million that’s just overkill people are greedy and want over pays for their crap and some people like to bait trades and just cancel anytime an equal trade is almost made. I hope trading settles down, it kinda has but probably never will completely settle down and I think jailbreak has been thrown for a loop because of it, the game may never return to normal because of trading issues but right now seasons are the only thing keeping the game together so I guess thank god for seasons.
Ikve been playing since season 5, and i lost all the seasonal stuff due to trading. Oh how i wish to have something faster, like a brulee, and how I wish to have the banana car back.

I think one of the biggest things I agree with is probably how before trading, having a volt bike or a brulee wouldve been a huge flex, but now it’s not cuz everyone will just think u spent 8 hours in trade island and traded up to it from a deja

now no one can start in trade, you join in a trade server and you only see people looking for cars of +10M value, and you with your car with only 5M value (That are my life)
I totally agree with this video. However the terms of service for cross-trading seems to be more focused towards the exchange of real life money for roblox limiteds at high value rather in-game items, which getting like Jailbreak cars for pet sim pets vais versa, is so much more common than scamming because how easy it is to get or lose. Whereas when it comes to trading it's a 'community-based economy', values are completely made up. Coming from a hypocrite like me 😂

When I first joined roblox I thought it was a fun game I could play with friends... I found out later that this is kind of a stock market for sales and trades.
It isn't hard to see it all. Roblox is a platform with creators making items and games that have some sort of sale or trade.

As always, trading makes any currency on said game worthless unless you can buy items with it or trade the money for items, and it also becomes the main focus of the player base which is to trade. RIP Jailbreak
at the end of the year 2023 I started to get more into trading but for limited cars and also I've been buying a lot of concepts to save up for limited cars like the Javelin and Shogun and also I haven't played Jailbreak for a long time but it's good that I was able to get limited cars for now and also I agree with you with what you said for example I got scammed for trading for Icebreaker because in JB Trading net it said that the value was 25M but in JB it was like 22.5M and I didn't knew it was duped but I was able to get my Javelin back
Trading is good ONLY if its fair trade, and part 5 is litterly all trading is about like no one is grinding for cash anymore, voltbike drone jet worth nothing at all now if u have a drone then you can flex but not anymore cause u see a drone now, okay but if u see a torpedo now ur like the king of the sever no matter how much stuff u have and also there is abslutely no point of robbing now since trading is all u need, one torpedo worth 70 volt bike think about how long it will take a f2p player to grind 70 voltbikes

All they want is fast and limited cars, we have too many of those. I think badimo should make a limited, but make it trash. That should teach these money magnets a thing.
Trading actually is one of the reasons why I still play Jailbreak, it brings me back every season to do daily xp and contracts, also it helped me get cars I wanted but earlier didn't buy or didn't do the season for. But it has gone a bit AWOL, the scams and cross-trades are annoying but easy to avoid of you are smart about it, but new players are caught all the time, there should be reminders and a list of things to be aware of in trades, like an agreement every time your join. I don't think tradong is a "bad" idea and I think it was good for the commito pass around cars that you cant get anymore, but the scammers ruined ot completely, its just greed and selfishness that lead to a games downfall and sometimes its not the devs
If the trading community was good, trading would have been one of the best updates ever introduced. No game has a perfect trading community sadly though.

Yes it is very true because I lost my og crimson 1-2 weeks ago because I had just started trading it.
One of the reasons think is because of said grinding. Not that it’s repetitive but it’s much, much, more harder grinding for just a million cash in any server. The cops have new tactics and they damn sure do make it annoying every second. Also, I just started season 19 so yeah, I gotta buss my ass off 20x harder than any player. But hey, so far, starting on 19, I got jav, cel, molt12 which is all I need really. Took me a min.
I will be completely honest trading didn’t ruin jb it was the final nail in the coffin for jb as the thing that changed jb is the fact the added so much cars this changed the game I remember the game where I enjoyed fighting cops and enjoying anything they give jb trading is what told everyone that jb was now about cars while it was a bad update the seasons revamp is what destroyed jb

To defense of jbv, the submission you gave abt to beignet was an outdated submission that was meant to be deleted. We represent the current values on jb and cars rise because people want them, not because they have been buffed.
In addition, if you actually traded frequently you would see that these items do rise and drop. It’s not up to us to determine the reason just represent it

I rarely see anyone ever looking for a car that is low demand. But there will always be some people looking for a low demanded car for whatever reason. If you guys a few more people looking for a low demanded car than usual, it doesn't mean it should rise. If a huge portion of people in the trading hub comes together and starts looking for for the Beignet, I guess it could rise. Also like I pointed out in the video, someone in the JB Values team said the Brulee should stay low demanded because of it's looks and stats. A car will only ever start being low demanded if the most popular trading website (JB Values) says it is.

In my opinion trading ruined jailbreak because it pulled most of the community towards it instead of the main game and people grind trading and most of them quit after they get rich enough or just get burnt out all together.

tbh,, i agree. i used to have a la matador, ferrari,urus and grindind a lot. Trading came and now i have concpet. i am trying to get torpedo or brulee and just go back to grinding.

This happen to me when I didn’t know values I had everything since the start (before seasons) but when I came back s19 (left from 14) I lost everything.
Im a victim that fell for a scam of cross trading. I just returned to jailbreak, and saw someone offering 10k in the chat . I accepted and went to trading. He said he will go first so i made a gamepass. He said he bought it and i was srupid enough to believe it. Then, i put my OG brulee, mighty, classic, suv and steed.
And thats how i lost my inventory. I still have the scammer's profile.

I feel like my mind was read when when you mentioned, "trading a volt bike 10 minutes after getting it", and "ignoring cash and just going for Hypers" 💀
Another thing is that they removed the feature that lets you buy the seasonal car for money after you reached the level I think if they fixed this it would make a lot of people grind for the car instead of just being given it to them by completing pretty easy quests, or they could add the robbing and arresting for xp again and make the quests optional or a quest a day for a little more xp than robing or arresting
yes, the cars shouldn't even cost 100k-500k. 1 million at least if you have a whole month to grind for it

Only thing i use trading for is to get good grinding car to grind money, i used to play jailbreak a lot before trading and i was like: „OMG OMG YOU GOT VOLT BIKE” or „OMG OMG YOU GOT MORE THEN 500K MONEY OMG” (ik it may sound annoying) and i wanted to get atleast that lambo which looked impossible for me, and after i quit and came back, did some robberies, explored new update and then i saw player with volt bike and i was like:„OMG VOLT BIKE, how long did it took you to get this?” And he basically told me 30 mins in trading and that he super rich, when i checked his money balance HE HAD 10K MONEY, HOW IS THAT RICH. More rich=more money. I hope that there some more ppl who wants to be trully rich in money not cars

The Goliath is an unobtainble vehicle in Jailbreak. The Torero was added in 2022, and was apart of the Season 12; Bring in the Military. The vehicle is free upon completion of Level 10 of the season. The Goliath has the largest seating capacity of any Jailbreak vehicle, with 11 seats. The Goliath is designed to be an Armored Personnel Carrier. They said torero lol

I think Brulee should be worth the same if not more than the Torpedo since it was the face of Jailbreak for a while, when you saw Jailbreak one of the first cars that came to your mind was Brulee along with the Camaro.

the scamming you re talking about is people trying to get a good trade , i can send you a clip of what real scamming is , people literally add like a torpedo and 9 different cars , then before accepting the trade they remove the torpedo and put a vehicle which looked like torp , players who dont notice and accept the trade get scammed , my brulee got scammed in a similar way like 2 years ago , they kinda patched that scamming method by adding the text to your chat , ogs arent scammed , if they dont know values its their fault , if they enter trading they are aware of its risks , its actually better when ogs lose the vehicles since they have a higher chance of quitting jb , but their items become useful as its transferred to newer players who actually use them. The ogs you re talking about in the video are fully aware about what they are trading , its just that they dont know values. Would like a reply if possible , nevertheless it was a good video.

Traiding ruined my experience in Jailbreak. I had the checkers texture OG and it was my favourite, then someone scammed me of dupes. The values list are not accurate and the balancing system in trading is awful. I have now quit Jailbreak because of that loss

jb values is not good. i think theyre the reasoin why proto is valued so much. they owned like 80% of all copys of it and then slowly pushed its value to make profit. horrible website.
also trading is a double edged blade for me. i was able to obtain some of my favourite things in the game, but i also lost so much that its not even funny. i was active from season 10-14, 16,17,17,half of 19, and now again in season 22. every season id get the season pass either through buying it or winning a gw, and i played all the season mentioned to 100%. on top of that i bou8ght every limited in that time span, but now? i have basicly nothing left of what i would have had if i was playing. i have beig, snake, airtail, torero, tiny to list the limited vehicles. yes i have a lot of limited cosmetics, but they are mostly of low value and demand. trading, in a way, has ruined my experience of grinding for limiteds, seasons, or to get richer. (i was also pretty dumb and traded season vehicles for 1mil vehicles so thats a big part but without trading i dotn think that wouldve happened.)

Its a little hypocritical since trading allowed me to get the pixel texture when I wanted it for so long, but Jailbreak is just not a trading game. Idk why they made the shift from cops and robbers to just a car game.
This is true. People now might say that trading was a really good update because anyone can get what they wanted, but I don't really remember anyone focusing too much on collecting rare items before trading existed. Sure, some people might have been a tiny bit jealous of someone driving something like a Torpedo they knew there was no chance they could have gotten it again, but at the end of the day no one really cared about that stuff before trading existed. Also seasons actually felt like a huge reward because you knew no one could ever get the items you just got again, and it made you feel special. Now when a new season drops, you look at the rewards and you think: "Oh yeah this item is going to get mass duped" or "I'm trading this straight away" or "This item is going to have bad value." Lastly, people who played the game before trading existed and owned limited cars like me felt a huge pain seeing some random account created 2 days ago owning the same limited car you got 5 years ago. I miss the feeling of actually owning the Torpedo and I could feel special because I worked for it. Now all I have to prove I actually bought my cars instead of trading for them is a yellow card. That's it.
I have a original Pixel and honestly some guy was nice enough to tell me it was priceless (before i could get scammed), I love the particles and although I dont have much in-game, I enjoy it more than a limited car or a nice checker

How are we wasting time grinding? My rain of thought is grind, buy, trade but only when I know I can buy them all back on the spot. It’s only meaningless (wasting time) if you don’t have enough funds for that and keep trading away the millions.

I had spinner rims and other stuff like pixels and brulee (stopped playing after 2019) and I came back in late summer of 2022 and i ended up trading most of my rare items for like snake, airtail and some random 1m vehicles, wish there was someone to say what the values were to me

Another game (Madcity) doesn't have that trading issue(it's basically discontinued) and money is king there. To get rich in madcity you need to grind money not trade for vehicles that barelly do anything.

when trading first came out i thought it was a good idea, i traded my celsior (idk if that's how you spell it), banana car and maybe some other stuff (nothing too expensive) and i got some nice things in return but they just don't feel as valuable as having something that i got when it was limited, for example i got my molten m12 og. I also traded for pixel in this time but as most people know it only gets special effects if you have it og however i think it would be a good idea for jailbreak to add this to more items or even cars so that it is more of a flex having an original version of an item. (sorry for the yap session)

5:13 - i bought a lot of stuff for real money, A LOT. I dont rly like to grind for some items in games or purchasing items for robux, if i can buy it somwhere like triple cheaper than in roblox - ill do it. But still i prefer to do it ONLY on legit websites, where there is real people, NOT sltolen items and scamming is hard or almost impossible due to web support. (ive already been scammed for some cheap Steam keys or in-game items, and thank god, there were not worth a lot of money)
and overall, maybe JB economy sucks, big websites made up values of cars out of their mind, cheaters, bots and etc. - JB is still the best game ive ever played, JB economy comparing to GTA Online economy is wonderful, community is fun, and rare cars still worth a lot of money. I can say that as someone, who had 1000+hrs in gta 5 and 5RP servers, played a lot of games in roblox, earned 30m+ in JB trading and 6m+ in cash and played MadCity, sadly, where cars that were 25-50k (cash) in 2020 now are 400k+. And can you imagine a 5m cash car in Jailbreak? MadCity had these kind of only-donate-to-get cars in 2020 already.
any form of cross trading is bannable on jailbreak and roblox, so i really wouldn't recommend doing it
One more thing, money is still very much essential, especially when you’re trading to this day. Mainly, because for me with low inventory who’s trying to build up, I see the easiest way is to grind for concept after concept and you easily grab any 2.5 because as you said people hate grinding, and I use that to my advantage since I basically just started. It’s not bad is it, I’m not a scammer am I?

Jailbreak shouldn't be all about money or cars. It's a cops vs robbers game. You rob while cops try to arrest. It's not " oh, I got a torpedo. I can make fun of these poor kids that don't have 300m cash and 100 torpedos like me".

About value lists, is jbv official, no. It's a fangame website, but the most popular one that the most people use. We base value around common trades, demand, and rarity for the most part. Why tf did Beignet start rising idk, we don't control values we just point them out. You will notice the second most popular value list (only accessible through joining their discord server unless someone sends you the link) Jailbreak Trading Core raised it to 25m around a week before we did. Point is we're not the only ones doing it and we were even more cautious about it than they were. Also how dare you 8:53.
In all seriousness yes it's sudden, the economy is never truly stable, things can change very suddenly, beignet's downfall and comeback was sudden, Beam Hybrid's downfall was sudden, same with IceBreaker, Celsior, etc.
The only real reason as to why things suddenly rise however, is a large amount of people suddenly wanting one, and being willing to give a large amount for one, and/or owners of that item hoarding it demanding overpays (istg its like they have a gc for when they're going to do this). Also I hate to be that guy but Brulee was out for closer to 3 years, and Jailbreak was at it's peak players by far during 2017-2019, not 2020-2024 (coming from someone who first played in the week of it's release).

I aint tryna hate btw I just had to put this out there, I literally agree with every other point you made.
I very rarely see someone trade for a car that was already low demand. Also I'm pretty sure if you guys have seen this happen, there would only be a tiny portion of people looking for the Beignet. There will always be some people looking for a car, even if it's low demand. Even if you see a lot more people than normal looking for a low demand car one day, I still don't think it should rise. If I'm not wrong here, the Beignet went down in value because of mass duping. Before it was mass duped, the Beignet was at 25 million at it's peak. After it got mass duped, it went down to 15 million. Now after the Beignet "suddenly" started rising, it would be weird to put it at 25 million again. If the value team really does think a car started gaining a lot of demand out of nowhere, then I guess you could make that car rise. But putting the car at the same exact value after it got mass duped is a bit strange. Lastly, I get that JB Values is just a community based value website, but most of the values are misinformation. Other than that, thanks for agreeing on everything else! :D
@@TosensYes the Beignet did go down because of mass duping, when more people start lf an item it's demand goes up which usually causes owners to notice this and start asking for more increasing the average value of the common trades it gets which in turn causes its value to rise. Unfortunately there isn't really much we can do about it when it does happen. We do try to rise the item in a slow cautious manner to try and minimalize the inflation. I understand that values are weird and as a result of a lot of other things in life being weird (NOT REFERRING TO MATH OR ANYTHING) I suppose I kind of have just stopped questioning stuff as much over time. I have noticed Beignet has gone down again slightly, similar to Torpedo. It's gonna be discussed in the next meeting, I've already noticed other value lists dropping it. It's weird that when items make a recovery from a massive drop, they seem to drop again straight after hitting their peak. I suppose it is the work of dupers since so little items have a genuinely high demand at the moment.

Some guy was offering to dupe my snake but basically he put Lamborghini and I put snake he said to accept and he would dupe but I didn’t do it was he scamming ?
Yes, never give someone a car for any reason, trying it out, testing it, duping it, all of these are easy ways to get scammed
