As a free to play, it always pisses me off when I'm chasing someone and they just spawn a volt bike and get away.
Edit: To clarify, it is not them having the volt bike that annoys me, it is them being able to spawn it from wherever.

It’s definitely not required. It can definitely be useful in the game, but there are tons of f2p bacons out there who just make tons. They mostly play as cops tho and hunt bounties while having impeccable taser aim.

Jailbreak for me has always been P2W, but in its first few years, you wouldn't really need any gamepasses other than duffel bag due to the low number of robberies and small map. Now that spawning vehicles is possible along with so much content in the game to explore, having a mobile garage felt extremely needed to progress.
So yeah, it felt like P2W in JB has changed, IMO, it went from somewhat optional to probably forced upon the players to climb the ranks.
Great video btw, this reminded me a lot of my 6 years playing this game and my time grinding for hypershift

The bug at 18:00 was actually a massive problem in Flood Escape 2 about a year ago for 2 years, allowing people to speedrun levels. But it got patched, and you could use it anyway.

Buying airdrops with robux makes it a lot more cost efficient. That’s how I made so much money just repeatedly buying airdrops and robbing mansion/opening safes.

Yuukl, upon making a VIP server, I found out you can use the banitem command in the console to ban certain weapons. This may not sound useful in single player, but doing this makes it so even NPCs can’t use the weapons. I hope this helps you and other people because this helped me a lot with airdrops, the ceo, and oil rig.

I used to play back in 2020 with players like holiday and birdie (some of the richest players in the game). I used to grind a lot and racked up a decent amount of cash which was 80M, which was a lot back then. I quit because I didn't like how I was spending so much time on the game rather than doing other activities. The game seems to have become more complicated which takes away from its simpleness which is why I liked it. I am glad I stopped playing.
i started early 2018. when they added seasons at the time at least we thought about farming for limited cars which could no longer be obtained 🤡they did not care about us for the benefit of the money of the new players i stopped with the trade update like all the friends i was playing with. 70m in the Wind

someone finally found out about the ledfge glitch!! this glitch has been in the game since the game was created and i discovered it in 2021 where i clipped out the old cells and into the police area down in the cells. its pretty hard to do consistently when u use cells but ledges are easy

How much jailbreak has changed. I remember when the museum robbery was new and when the 1m cars were new. Only the bike, the helicopter and the monster truck. I somehow managed to get the voltbike after days of grinding the museum but the grind was already annoying, I believe they nerfed the museum while I was grinding for it. But I was basically done with the game, never really got into the level system as it was very grindy. I was also happy, the voltbike was a buggy mess, being capable of launching you up entire hills if you clipped the correct part and just being fun to drive around with, I was done with the game and had no more reason to play, I had done what I wanted to have done. I miss the old and simple times though, just playing and robbing stores, breaking out and doing stupid things and turning a cop to swiss cheese while waiting for the robbery to start.

Pay to win is defined as spending money in order to unlock overpowered things that are hidden exclusively behind a hefty paywall or unrealistic in game currency. For example: Gun A pay 500 rbx or 2.5million dollars.
However, pay to progress, which is displayed in this video is the idea of buying to progress through the existing system quicker and easier.
Jailbreak is not pay to win, it is pay to progress.
Progress leads to success, if still counts as pay to win.
As someone who quit around 2019 and mainly bought and played, invested in this game throughout 2017-2018 and they're no better than Activision

2:15 I can confirm. I always play jailbreak on the police team and I get the same kind of messages on chat said to me every time I play. Some people are taking the game so seriously that I even once got a message telling me to unalive myself. So yeah, the police team is a risk if you get annoyed by chat easily.
