Heres a trick, to escape prison fast go in 1st person and just walk in a smooth path then a few seconds later crouch jump 2 or 3 times then un crouch in mid air then roll and jump then boom you go super high its a really good trick

another tip: While in Vehicles, spam the rock fuel button (make sure u have zero rf)
And then it makes the vehcile faster,
