  • Hey guys! You know I'm all about feelin' good and setting myself up for success as a parent, and I wanted to share some of my favorite ways to do that! Of course, the work begins when we're in a positive state-- we may be triggered less and have a lesser tendency to take things personally when we're here, BUT, it's in those moments when we are or still do that we have what it takes to evaluate ourselves and our responses and create awareness around them in a healthy way that we can take with us moving forward.
