Your videos are probably the only ones that make me sweat. Which is a great thing! The 45 minutes videos are my favorite length. Your pilates videos for 45 minutes plus a cardio work out for 45 minutes is the perfect combination to do before heading out to work at 6am.
very advanced and very good! Just a couple thoughts/questions: during the kneeling to the side facing footbar my shin/ankle hurt against the rope holders, I wud have to pad there next time, and during the kneeling birddog series facing away I had to lower the footbar down one, the upper was way too high (maybe keep middle for some, I'm 5'7)

No warm up and complete focus on shoulders instead of what I thought was total body. It’s unproductive to consistently be in a position on your hands which can cause poor form when your shoulders are fatigued for roughly 40 minutes. Appreciate your content but disappointed in this one

Sorry to hear that Paul. However, part of the challenge is the stamina to hold the form. I always urge a reset if form is being compromised.
