You are right, her pitch is a little high for this... But after much thinking about it, I think her voice being lowered would make her sound awful on the low parts. And using the hightened Miku Neru voice would just hurt the ears on the high parts. Maybe lower the tone and raise the octive. But still you found a good spot for this.
