We ventured back into Twilight Princess' Cave of Ordeals. Haha. Oh my god.
This episode's a bit different from the usual one, partly in an attempt to make long fights more fun and partly because I missed editing something similar to this sort of style. It's a bit longer than I try to aim for, but I hope it's enjoyable nonetheless. Thanks for watching everyone :D

There's an easter egg where you can see the postman at the bottom of the Cave of Ordeals if you manage to beat it a second time. That has some hilarious implications since he can casually clear the cave unarmed.
You gotta be kidding me... I'm not sure if that makes me more tempted to go back in there or avoid the cave at all costs gdfgFDhs
The postman is op... And in Linked Universe he can hop timelines to get the links their mail easy as can be.

My brother was sucha try hard as a child, he got all four bottles full of fairy tears. Meaning he did the cave of ordeals four times and the last one he only had one bottle for a fairy. Absolutely insane.
Time for yet another fun fact! The Cave of Ordeals actually has a harder version after the first time you clear it. And on the second completion and onwards, there's actually a missable easter egg as you enter the final room...
Seeing somone use so many bombs and arrows in rooms where they're not needed is so painful, but I feel like it's part of the experience since I bet a majority of us did the same thing playing this as kids hahaha! As an adult I usually do the other side quests first, especially the one that upgrades your quiver since arrows are so helpful for the cave of death lol.
there's a 2nd cave known as the cave of shadow, you need a wolf link amiibo, it's like the cave of ordeals but you can only use wolf link and there's twilight enemies
I recently got the amiibo, might check it out 👀

I am SO IMPRESSED you managed to defeat the cave of ordeals without the thing you can get after completing the Malo Mart quest! I don't think I ever could have done that (even when I tackled the cave of ordeals *with* said item it was a close call for me)! All of the applause to you, Gato! All of it! Also I cannot express just how *thrilled* I was seeing my one comment on screen at the beginning! I've never had a comment of mine get shown in a video before, and I don't know how to articulate just how happy it made me to see that! Keep being amazing, Gato!

Good job on the cave of ordeals, I remember back when I first tried them I wasn't good at the combat either and it took me like 10 tries to clear the dungeon. It was fun to watch someone else work their way through since most people who I've watched do a play through of Twilight Princess actually tend to skip the Cave of Ordeals all together.
I love the cave of ordeals. I'm never prepared for it.
IIRC there's actually a FOURTH Darknut on the last floor but only if you beat the Cave of Ordeals beforehand >:) Coolest enemies to fight in the game apart from Zant and Ganon, IMO.
yeah Darknuts are peak Zelda enemies they're so fun to fight

Kind of surprised you haven't tried combining the hawk mask with the bow to make a sniper rifle yet. Because that is a thing you can do.

Fun fact : in the chuchu room if you manage to get a blue and yellow chuchu to merge (without the purple ones) you will get a rare green chuchu ! If you kill it and take it in a bottle you get a green potion
Basically, Twilight Princess was supposed to use magic but in the end it didn't, the green potion is a remnant that the developers forgot to remove. In the HD version instead of removing it they added a description that says it doesn't do anything. In the wii version, the description is blank. In the Gamecube version, it doesn't work (blue and yellow make a purple)
Also I think you can do that in the first room of the water temple too

Imagine if there was a dark link battle at the very end of the cave of ordeals, that really should’ve been a battle in this game, especially since they appear in one of the early cutscenes of the game yet we don’t even get to fight one of them classic Ocarina of Time style.

Ahh yes :) if you want more pain, complete rollgoal to catch the hylian loach. You get a picture as a reward. It's cute but annoying to get.
