Being it Texas or Florida both looks good for hot weather but as everyone said - Snakes, bugs, spiders, reptiles at one end and hail, extreme heat weather, thunderstorms and lightning are other areas to manage if you plan to move to TX

we visited Tampa, Orlando and south of it 2 weeks ago. the roads are wide, smooth and awesome probably due to stable higher temperatures throughout the year. if damages happen they may be due to rain and flood. but no cracks on roads as we normally see in the northern states. alligators and other animals may be a problem, but hey they dont eat people usually. very very rare. snakes, lizards, odaccans may be just disgusting.. thats it.
We also moved Florida (tampa) from New Jersey for better climate. We really loved here,it's like our indian climate...
Which part of Tampa you moved in ? Can you suggest some good areas with affordable homes and good schools.
@@rajarajangunaseelan9822 we finalized and bought home in fishhawk area,for better school community and surrounded with natural habitats, lots of things to do for the active person...people also very nice and helpful

Positives : India like humid weather that is good for your skin, you will burn calories just by living there and we don't need a trip to the fitness center, Indian vegetable gardening as tropical weather is a charm, Coconuts and mango trees in plenty,
Negatives : Major hurricane issue. They got lucky these past 12 years. Florida was built on swamp land and so they will have to maintain their water table above sea level. As a result, they have a lot of creeks and hence you can see alligators in your backyard.
Here is the kicker... if you hate lizards and odacaans in TN, don't even visit Florida :-). Open the door and you will find a large gecko staring at you. Crap :-)

Florida hosts a lot of Latin American community who also know the pain of being immigrant. People are super friendly and really easy going. Never seen anyone being rude. A place for a retirement or old age community, so they prefer less noise. Great place to bring up kids.. each one’s perspective entirely depends on the community they live. Cost of living is little on higher side in south Florida. However the biggest issue is hurricane and south Florida real estate property is always hot. You hardly find a second home in affordable price especially if you are looking for good school district. Has good number of Indian restaurants and temples. Alligators are not an issue unless you venture into a water body.

I think its personal preference dhan. Like me i love hot humid weather. I hate cold season or climate. I hate california due to its gloomy cold weather

Florida's capital is Tallahassee, not Jacksonville. It's not "Mia-Me", it's "Maiya-Me".. Politics, safety, climatic conditions, thunderstorm, cyclone, bugs and issues (upto snakes and alligators) as a frequent visitor is a critical factor. Industries and no.of.colleges, frequency to India flights are less. Since it's located far south east tourist destination, travel is very expensive and takes long hours, especially if one is traveling job, geographically it's far away and tickets are expensive due to tourism reasons.
California doesn't have perfect 4 seasons, it's hard to see the fall season. Love watching Prem trolling on Arthy's innocence.

Dude what are you talking tickets are the cheapest from Miami . Every time I travel to India I get 650$ round trip ticket from Miami to Bangalore or Bombay. If you fly from Orlando it’s the worst.
