Please do more of these Yatming. Youve transformed this into a right proper diecast. I have hundreds of Yatming in my collection. I remember liking these cheaper cars because the suspensions seemed to be more realistic then the hotwheels not as expensive as the Majorettes and came in different car moldes then matchbox!!!!

I don't even know if they MAKE Supra's anymore.
The last time I saw one was in a Toyota dealership in NW Ohio about 23 years ago. They stopped shipping them to the US in the late 1990s/early 2000s because there wasn't a big enough market for over-powered Toyotas that made it worth it for Toyota to export them to the US.
Most of the Toyota cars sold in the US and North America are generally made in Toyota factories in the US and Canada. It's cheaper to make them here than to import them from Japan.
Unfortunately, that also means importing things like MR2's and Supra's into North America was generally not worth it to Toyota.
Beautiful cars, I'd agree. The Supra actually had slightly better insurance rates than the MR2 as I understand it because it had a second row of seats. They really weren't much more than a bucket seat option! I can't imagine they were comfortable to sit in because it looked like the Supra had even less leg room in the second seats than the Saturn sedan did!
To me, the Supra looked like a tweaked Celica but the Celica was a totally different design line than the Supra, at least what I'm familiar with from the 1990s.
My father actually had a chance to test-drive a Supra and he was concerned about it... "Too powerful" was what he said, "easy to lose control" with it. That might have been a Supra with a big engine. I know MR2's could be ordered with turbo and that was a ridiculously overpowered car for "casual use."
I really don't think an MR2 or Supra is very practical for States with 4 seasons like Ohio! They're more practical for the Southwest US if you can call a car with 400hp or equivalent "practical."

Looks very good, like those taillights, looks just like most Celica Supras looked like 😎
Yatmings are cheap "crap" cars, but i like Yatmings looks good and they are one of the best cheap brands, sadly them are hard to find today.
Older ones with metal base are really nice models, almost like Tomicas.
Only thing i don't like on Yatmings are strange colours and graphics.

That came out nice :) When masking something, spray some clearcoat first, so that will go into any cracks, filling those so that the other color can not do that. Small thing thoughL even in older cars, when is an interior really black? A (very) dark grey would be a better choice in my opinion.
