GMod Bored - STCuffs

STCuffs was among the first things I ever tried to make in Garry's Mod. I remember I made a garbage version of them and bragged about it in a GMod Discord server. This was back in October 2017 when I didn't know what I was doing, so obviously the project ended up dying off before making any notable progress.
Today I tried again and made the progress you see here. Once it gets to a point I'm happy with, this will be released for free on the Workshop.
Remarks:
• The blindfold actually blinds players and can't be bypassed through the pause menu.
• Dragging players is a little funky.
• Only players with cuffs can blind/unblind and gag/ungag players.
• This is the very first version and doesn't do everything I want.
