Flat Iron is gooood. The regular Top Blade style is too. Honestly, i just eat this opposed to Top Sirloin, unless it has an insane sale. Or get a top blade roast and cut them yourself. :)
Jack...just like 20 years ago when Emeril went to his audience based show "Emeril Live" and the Doc Gibbs Band ! I watched Cooking with Emeril way back in the 1990's and loved his style at the time, it was just him and no others no bands etc. Then came Emeril Live and the Doc Gibbs Band when he got his name out there the most. Food and music, yeah baby.
