Being an indian girl I'm so proud of you but for the beginners I would not recommend to use c fold you should use punch down fold before that you need to relax calm yourself thn the

@@khushbooarora1653 If you're a beginner I highly suggest the use of lubricant and try the Labia fold as it is smaller in diameter and will be easy for u to get it in. Try it in a squatting down position and make sure to keep calm n breathe just to relax ur body and muscles. It's kinda hard to get it right in the very first time but u might get it right after a few trys.

It reminds me of a science conference where I was speaking on female reproductive disorder when one of the students congratulated me on being so "brave" for having presented "such a topic". While inserting n removing the cup u need u sit in a squat position on ur legs.. it will be a smooth process.. it will be difficult n painful if u will insert or remove the cup while standing.

Don't stand while insertion, first sit then fold it as much u can smallest . First insert ur finger and make space there then Push it up. While removing pull tail a little and then hold it from base help of 2 finger then pull it. I am using it and it's really comfortable u will seriously forget about it. Ur life will be very very easy.

When I first tried tampon, it was way too tough, cuz I was too dry, hence the cotton caused too much friction and hence pain, one solution is to make sure u r completely bleeding so its easy to insert the tampon. Understanding ur fears but if u can do give it a try.

I want to share my experience after using this cup many times.(I'm 18yrs old)
1.Buy a cup of a good brand and use it only after sterilizing it.
2. For beginners The squat position and punch down fold are the best ways to insert easily.
3.keep cool and don't be scared,Sit in the squat position, twist it and insert it slowly slowly.
4.It is normal to have some pain in the vagina after the insertion, this will happen only for the first time, not always.
5.If the insert does not happen, then you rest for a while and instead of tiring your fingers, try again after a while, do not be afraid.It's not rocket science many girls are using it.
6.When the cup goes inside, its tail or its stem also goes inside, it is normal and good thing, there is no problem of leak bcoz of this.
7. To remove the cup, sit in the same position and pinch it out. I also have trouble getting out at times, but that's normal.
8. Wash and use again and after the end of the period, sterilize and keep it well.
9.Here's the way to have a happy period. Congratulations for rash free periods to the QUEENS.💖💫⭐.

I tried the same cup today. It was uncomfortable for me as well but not painful. I'm a virgin and had been using tampons for past 2 years. But today I tried using cups even though it was a dry day. I didn't hear any popping sound or smth and i don't even know if i had inserted the cup correctly or not. I just need for my periods to start to see the results. I just hope for the best. For the first timers it'll be uncomfortable a lot. I just hope I succeed in using cups.

@@kumaripooja1157 no it's not hard to remove cups and it can never get lost down there. Don't worry. Just pinch the base of the cup and pull it out gently. Removal is way easier than insertion.

@@yashvi4898 it might happen if you haven't inserted it deep enough. Just remember that the deeper the better. It might also feel uncomfy if the tampon is dry. But basically it did feel a little uncomfortable to me too at the first and when I started inserting it deep then it didn't bother me at all after that. Just make sure to push it with your finger as far as possible.

use a lubricant like cold water or coconut oil..apply a little amount of oil on the cup and upper grip line.. so it's easy to insert.. jaldi se under jata hai ... don't apply to much otherwise it will slip from your hands... hope this help😊

Also cup ke liye, squat krke is the best, squat with legs wide and instead of c try to do 3 folds as tight as possible works the best. It will take a lot of force st first, might hurt but am a proud cup user since an yr and a half

For me sanitary napkin pads are comfortable. Because ye menstrual cup me bahot jyada gandi wali feeling aati h sanitary pads me blood fridge hojata h but isme nh hota. Yeah liquid hi hota h aur menstrual cup ko hr bar hot water me dhona ya wo wasting of time sanitary pads direct use kr skte h office wagaira me Chang krne pr b khair problem nh hoti itni jitni problem menstrual cup me hoti h.

@@vandanarai8 Yes it can. hymen can be easily broken with the simplest of actions including dancing, splits, horse riding etc, even a tampon can break hymen so its not a big deal
