Glad to hear y’all got pregnant Lena. I just took my wife back from her first HSG and it was so painful that she wasn’t able to finish it. We are on the same boat you were in your story. Hope we get through it one way or another this year.
I had so much pain, I didn't think I could finish, I vomit twice and was shaking also bleed the rest of the day. Come to find out everything thing was fine for me , no blockages, so I am very happy about this, I hope I will get pregnant soon🤲🏼
I had mine today! Was so painful :( I felt sick and thought knead going to pass out. When they injected the dye is was like a sharp pain and intense cramping. Not good. But tubes are all clear.
I'm so sorry you went through that, mine was super painful. I was in tears clinching, screaming due to the pain. I was also bleeding heavily too. I took meds before the procedure but it seems like it didn't work. I took oxycodone Tramadol and Flexeril.
I just got my HSG done on the 29th of December. Hubby and I have been trying to have a baby for two years. We just started all the test and procedures in November. All his results came back fantastic. I had some really bad ovarian cysts last year so my Doctor did an ultrasound to check if I had any and if anything looked not good. Scar tissue. More cysts. All that. But my results came back normal. My HSG was very painful and very uncomfortable. It knocked me down for about two days after. All the ladies I know who ever had it done said it didn’t hurt them at all. I’m convinced it was painful and uncomfortable because my tubes were blocked. It was the holidays when I went get it done so waiting for my results was torture. When my doctor called she said my tubes are now WIDE open. Immediately a weight lifted off my shoulders and I finally felt like all things were possible. I’m supposed to start fertility meds soon. I pray this HSG was just what we needed. 🙏🏼
Mines went Quick I was so worried about pain it’s was an lil cramping no painful cramping I felt pressure and lil cramping other than that I was fine afterwards a lot of leakage so bring an pad both tubes are clear no blockage my hormones are all in normal range
I just had mine on wednesday. So much went wrong, they couldn't get the tube in my uterus so a ton went wrong. With me it really felt like the worst period cramps when they had been trying to get it in. The moment they did and the dye went through it felt like my guts were about to explode. It really hurt so badly. I do find it a bit weird they had to put you under, that's not really that normal I think. I am now having high hopes for July, I don't think it will happen this cycle yet, but I have hope 🙂
I had mine Thursday. I go for a follow up Monday. I had to take Valium & hydrocodone & doxcy antibiotics. The pain relievers were taken about 30 minutes before procedure. They helped me be relaxed & a little sleepy. Things felt cold. A little pressure, but no pain. I had to lay still for about 5 minutes so they could make the bleeding stop. I have light pink spotting when I urinate. My xray shows blocked tubes . I was diagnosed with PCOS 2014. I have 1 child. I get an ultrasound & something else next week.
@@mariel.4566 No I haven't gotten pregnant yet. I believe I need to go on a serious diet or fast. I was disappointed I thought it would work. Good news though my husband and I are guardians of my newborn nephew now. I hope everything works out for you.

I thought my procedure went well but tomorrow marks the 7th day since and I’m bleeding heavily still and terrified something is wrong. Thanks for sharing your experience. I was trying to find out if anyone has experience bleeding this long after.
I had my done today and it wasn’t that bad to be honest everyone..:)) all was clear an good to go, I’m glad it’s out the way and now it’s waiting time. With GOD blessing.xx
Mine it was terrific..it was done on Saturday still not recovered from sick... suffering from abdominal cramps..my doubt is can I conceive in hsg done cycle and will the dye cause any damages to my kidneys and if I conceive to my baby..??plzz help me

Did mines today felt like a papsmear then a tight pinch for 5 secs. The pain didn't last long for me. Wasn't bad at all.
I saw HSG ”a bleeding in Disgusting" now it says HSG “a blessing in disguise” my eyes are playing tricks on me 🤣

Did you get pregnant after hsg? Or did you had to have another procedure? I was told my tubes are blocked too

Did my two days ago and is now starting to have heavy bleeding . What was your diagnosis?? Did you have to revisit the doctor ???
Mines was very painful without anesthesia.. they attempted three times to say like they think the tubes are blocked and then asked me to reschedule

My hsg was so painfull the doctor couldn't pass through my uterus so I stop her cuz no Anastasia was given to me now worried
