The facelift steering wheel came last week and it replaced one looking exactly like yours, please listen to my advice because I should have done it a lot earlier, it feels and looks like a new car and even turns smoother and the touch duo controls work just fine. Like others, I enjoyed the video but cannot see the practical sense of this unit. Car reviewers on TH-cam have noted that many new cars are reverting to knobs and buttons as an improvement in safety and to eliminate the need to look away from the road to adjust HVAC, etc. I have regarded the Tesla as the most dangerous car on the road unless you think it is a good idea to have an Ipad to look at while driving. No not yet, the supplier is working on an update to allow the massage function to work via the panel, which can be updated via the USB port, However you can still operate the massage seats via the original climate functions
As much as I like the screen, it just seems easier using a knob to change the temperature whilst driving. Shame this doesn’t have the temperature knob built in the screen like the facelift ones. Are there any available with the knobs?
I don't understand this "upgrade" from hardware switches and knobs to little touchcreens. They are nowhere near as accurate or tactile and I have to believe not as reliable long term. The best interior layout I've ever driven was a 2015 Porsche Macan with a million buttons on the console, I could operate everything without taking my eyes off the road for a second.

@@RaymiesGarage I dread to think what that cost then. I do prefer the new panel you fitted, I just wish they had placed the on/off button and eject buttons at the top but I guess the CD unit behind would be in the way.

It’s looks dated though. The screen freshens up the look of the cabin.
