      I'm an INFJ in a long time marriage to an ISTJ. He skipped right past flirtation, showed me his list of requirements for a wife (!), told me I was the only woman he'd met who had them all, and told me he wanted to marry me less than two weeks later. Very efficient, lol.

      @@meagiesmuse2334bro got straight to the point 😂. I once had a coworker (pretty sure she was INFJ too) act like this around me for literally like 4 months and I NEVER picked up on it. Then I got a new job and moved away and one of my other coworkers was texting me and said "damn dude she really misses you, she had such a huge crush on you", and my response was just ".....wait wut".

    I once worked as a blue collar worker and had an ENFP co-worker. One day, the industrial hygienist selected said co-worker to place noise-level measuring devices on. It was meant to detect the ambient noise and noise coming from equipment to determine if we needed hearing protection while working.

    I just love the INFP expert walking around and not participating in the story only expaining what is going on, which is actually a representation of the viewer and what’s going on in their head. Also she acts like nothing special is going on, which is a very accurate demonstration of us, humans. We are just observers of our own lives, but I think that introverts are the only people, who fully embraced it. Notice how all the I types are focused on the moment, they are completely in it, while E types are somewhere in between present and future. My God, this video is brilliant.

    (2:35-2:40) As an ISTJ, I have to say that is painfully accurate. Dating involves talking about emotions and allowing yourself to feel emotions. Neither of which is my strong suit. Being open about what you're feeling with another person and having to deal with your heart and those pesky emotions that are erratic and not logical at all? Not gonna happen. Edit, I will fully admit that as an ISTJ, I am in fact, totally clueless when someone is flirting with me or trying to show they're interested in me.

    • @julieharden2433
      @julieharden2433 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +21

      And as an INFJ, I would never put myself out there like that. I would totally hint, and ask questions I already new the answer to in order to spend more time with someone I was interested in, but at the same not show I was interested just in case they weren't interested.
      I too would never go back to that library.
      Sound like that sketch was spot on with both of us.

      One of my neighbors thought I worked at the public library. She asked the librarian if I was working. The library informed them I was not working. She found me holding four books in my hand and putting one back after I decided I was not ready to go back to that series. She pulled me and told the librarian she found me. The librarian looks at me and realizes I did not work there. Then another person walks over to me ask if I know if they had this book. They did and I told them where to find it. I cried when the library shut down during Covid and wrote an ode to the dying library during Covid. I read 180 books that year. Almost maxed out the amount of books I checked out from the library.

    Wow. You have been working hard on creating this video. I love your dedication and time spent on writing and acting. A one person show that aims to portray 16 different ways of thinking. If I can just be honest, I don’t see myself in my own personality type. Don’t get me wrong, I think the character was fun and amusing. Perhaps it does show a type of a type that I simply am not. On the inside, I actually have the: I do what I want! written. Or, since I am ennea 1, I will put it differently: I comply to external rules as long as they suit my ideals and don’t crush my sense of freedom and autonomy. I don’t pursue people. I want to befriend them while being placed in a social circle and I usually ask a lot of questions (which is normal for me), but if it doesn’t work, I go back to my ‘usual’ self that thrives while creating things, visualizing possibilities (and probably wondering how to make them come true and if they are even worth the effort I place in them). And even if something is ‘done’, I go back to working on it because I am not satisfied. Tbh, I am actually a rebel in disguise. I have always known that, although I am aware that in order for others to see it, they need to really know me. That is because I try not to be ‘too much’ , so I dial it down (until a certain point where I feel immense external pressure that takes my freedom of choice and expression away). I think I have mentioned that Mathilda (from the 2022 musical) is my type of a type. She is a social 1 so watching her on the screen was like having a mirror placed in front of me. Especially her defiance to rules. Do you think it will ever be possible to consider her sort of a character (and well, also mine) while writing the part for our personality type? It is closer to the essence of the type.

    I worked at a library. I was tech services… I did digitization for a bunch of Roman law books… did FRIDA services…
    The library is still there but thanks to my team and I… physical books are all self check out, everything is E-books… the stacks have diminished, and now there’s a coffee shop and hangout area for the students.
    If you want actual books they’d have to request them online and they get delivered.
    So stacks management is done by the delivery team, no more crazy librarians, you’d automatically get your credit card charged or your tuition bill goes up for late returns, and the university saves money.
    I’m very proud of my accomplishments.
