Yes, but in a way she made a point, to me this perfume doesn't smell "lilac" at all. Lilac is for me is the symbole of a late spring garden in France slightly wet by the Junes rain. Lilac love smells like an esoteric store owner, a mature and mystic lady who likes to wear purple garments and stones.
I get the baccarat Rouge 540 for my 33. Wedding Day and I love it, but for me it could be a little bit stronger. I blindbuy 3 Tom Ford Sents and Love them all. Mandarino di Amalfi, Lost Cherry and Soleil Blanc. And now I‘m waiting for Vanille Fatal. I‘m so exited.

The outer box of the baccarat rouge 540 extrait is fabulous. I just received my bottle two weeks ago. I was also very pleased to see that MFK is now selling the version you bought in the 1.2 oz bottle which makes it way more affordable for those who rotate fragrances a lot have a hard time getting through a bottle. .

I was so excited to get a sample of Vanille Fatale because vanilla is my absolute favorite note in perfume. But I felt so let down! I'm glad you're enjoying it though. Especially for the amount of money it takes to get a full bottle lol. When it comes to smokey, boozy vanilla, my all time favorite is Guerlain's Spiritueuse Double Vanille. Haven't smelled another boozy vanilla that beats it. Would highly recommend if you haven't tried it already! Also wanted to like Lilac Love, but it smelled like someone's grandma. And there was something about the notes that just didn't mesh for me. Maybe I'm just not old enough to rock it and appreciate it, but that scent is certainly not for me lol. Awesome video as usual and I'm really looking forward to seeing your full fragrance collection!

I totally why you say lilac love smells like a grandma lol the more I let it dry down the more powdery it has become. It don’t hate it, still find it super feminine but it’s most definitely more mature.

I had a fragrance in my cart, then completely blanked out and forgot to order it but I got in touch with customer service, got an agent who said he would honor the 25% off. So I went ahead and placed the order and he said he would refund the difference back to me. So try doing that. Good luck!

No it isn't a chocolate fragrance particularly. Very strong floral, something that might choke others if you wear in professional or easy daytime setting. definitely not a safe blind-buy.
Lilac is not just a color btw it's a flower loll.. I like this perfume but I live in a place where there is a lot of lilac trees and I personnaly cannot smell the real lilac scent in this one!

I bought 10 different samples from Tom Ford. I hated them all. None of his vanillas are feminine to me. Even the dry down can't save them. I am more sure than ever that Tom Ford is the worst perfume house and he tries too hard to make the perfumes smell important. Lol. Amouage is the same way. They try too hard and to be that expensive you should not smell alcohol. Roja is a house that makes really pretty scents that cost way too much because they don't last on the skin. However, they are beautiful.
