I’m French so I could maybe answer your question about how « la nuit trésor » is pronounced : LA : same « a » as in « cat » NUIT : « ui » is pronounced like « wee » and the « t » is silent TRÉSOR : « é » is almost the same as « ate » but without the « te » of course, and « sor » is pronounced « zor » Hope it was helpful! 🌸
I wouldn’t spray that Essence Absolue in the air like that, we don’t have enough to waste! Funny thing, I wore Essence Absolue out to an event with my husband and he was wearing one of his new fragrances and I asked him how he liked his fragrance at the end of the evening and he said he couldn’t even smell his over my perfume 😳 and I only sprayed a couple of times before leaving home. She’s strong!

Do you know of a place in Canada where you can smell the guerlain perfume that you are talking about? The Bay and Sephora seem to just have the typical Mon guerlain and such. Also, maybe someone already answered you but the way I would pronounce the Lancome perfume is “La noowee trayzor” 😊. I also wanted to say that I’ve just started exploring perfume and you are my favorite TH-camr in the scent world!!! I really enjoy your videos! You do a fantastic job describing the scents. I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I never get comments on my fragrances- I have a very large collection and wear different ones all the time tend to put on 4 sprays for strong ones and 6-8 for most others - very light ones I may spray 8-10 - no one where I work has ever said anything whether they liked it or not - what am i doing wrong?
Danyellow Hi, Maybe people just do not compliment...or you smell good all the time...and its no big deal. Do you hear others getting compliments at all on perfume??? Or spray your clothes.... I know women who wear my favorites....yet they do not get compliments. Some folks have bad sense of smell...some sensitive. Maybe make sure after a shower you put on a unscented lotion, then your fragrance...and spray your clothes. Also some fragrances meant for summer...or geared for summer...may not last at all during winter autumn months. And don't store your fragrances in direct sunlight/ heat. Hope this improves.

Danny yellow, when you step out of the house with a perfume that you know smells good and you can smell throughout the day, step with confidence with that knowledge. Most people will not pay a compliment for fear of being accused of sexual harassment, or trying to flirt or they feel that they are crossing someone's personal space. And from my experience, I find it much easier to compliment jolly/open people as opposed to well put together/classy people. That's just me, maybe you are so well put together (which is good, you don't want every tomdick&Harry in your space) that random people will not approach you with a compliment. You smell great.

Hi Maureen. I have Hypnotic Poison EDP and Dior Addict EDP. I'm on my 4th bottle of Addict and Poison 1st bottle still a third full. Love Addict find it unique. I don't get Hypnotic, (I don't get what the hype is all about) got it many years ago at a clearance sale. If I had to choose a Poison flanker, Midnight Poison is more classy. Kenzo Jungle 1st bottle three quarters full, I've had the bottle for more than 8yrs. It is super strong, spicy, definitely unisex, a man could wear it comfortably. There is nothing out there that smells like Jungle. Hard pressed i'd compare it to Safari (women)Ralph Lauren- just the general vibe of it. Shaghaf Oud is strong smelling but not as oudy as the name suggests. A spritz or two on your inner garments is enough to carry you through the day. More than that fills the room in a cloying manner. It is definitely a stronger and cheaper dupe of Oud Bouquet. Hope that helps. Apart from Hypnotic Poison, I strongly recommend you test all 3 scents. These cannot be blind bought. I repeat, do not blind buy.
My go to right now is Estée Lauder Beautiful Belle Love, very sexy and I get so many compliments when I wear it. $135 for the 3.4 oz and Belk had it on sale for $100 so I bought another last week. The scent lasts all day. I could discuss scent and perfume all day, I enjoyed this video. When I hear people describe scent and really seem like they love it, I will go purchase off that alone lol. I usually go for masculine scents, like I wear 1 Million a lot. And Versce Eros is another fave of mine. Adore By The Fireplace and couple others by Margiela.

Light blue on me it stays for days :) and pink sugar lasts hours on me too. I will spray it in the evening and in the morning I’ll still smell it. Great perfumes... I don’t own any of them. I need to try them
I just got the la nuit edt today. THANK YOU!!! I didn't even know it existed. I hate the edp. There's something bitter and sharp in it that ruins it for me. I'm so glad the EDT doesn't have that note. It's my scent of the day!!!

I just got Shagaf Oud by Swiss Arabian last week and it's so potenttttttt. For someone who loves long lasting beast mode fragrances I'm still trying to figure out if I like this fragrance. It is super strong and long lasting. I wish it didn't have so much rose, I really don't like rose. I'm going to be layering it to try to get rid of some of the rose.
@@nadzg5878 ah that's sad... It's a purely rose and oud combo and heavy on both notes. Perhaps reduce the amount of sprays and see if you ca enjoy it. I really like it though cos I owned our bouquet already n love that. Shaghaf oud is a basically a dupe for the former
I own mfk baccarat rouge 540 Gurlean Santal Royal.. mugler - Angel Tiziana Terenzi - kirke And Delina .... and yesterday I used Delina for my work and my colleagues said right away- what’s that , too sweet , I don’t like bla bla... omg I was sooo shocked 😮... I have never ever hear this about my perfume , and I love Delina so much, I was so upset !!!!! Nobody liked Delina at all.. I felt terrible the whole day :D

I blind bought Kayali Deja Vu online and just received it a few days ago. Haven’t had a chance to wear it yet, but I did test it out on my wrist (the scent is absolutely divine and so creamy) and love love the scent! But how many sprays do you recommend? Also, you’re awesome and I love your videos!!
NiraArtistry yayy!!!! So glade you like it because I’m obsessed! With that scent I do about 4 sprays and then I’m good for the entire day. The silage is amazing and leaves a stunning trial. Normally I spray each side behind my ear, both sides of my wrist and sometimes behind my neck.

ana_absolute hey boo! Yes, I honestly think it’s our body temperature. It takes a really good fragrances to actually last hours on me. Sometimes I have it really layer them with the matching creme and hair mist, it’s annoying lol. Stay safe😘

Oud bouquet is my favorite in my collection. Nothing has been able to pass it although bee by zoologist comes close (another long lasted btw) my boyfriend gets a big whiff of maple syrup with Oud bouquet but I don’t lol
I use to have the same issue like u not having fragrance lasting long on me, but that change when I started taking lots of detox baths with bentonite clay or epsom salt. I don’t know that worked for me
I read the reviews on Kayali fragrances and many said it’s not lasting at all. It depends on which ones you get that are not potent. I was very surprised by the reviews. By the Fireplace is the bomb! One of my favorites!
Lovely video :). We have very similar taste it seems. I have and love most of these....Alien Essence Absolue is one of my top five favorite perfumes of all time. And Organza Indecence! A total favorite. And now, well, looks like I’ll have to look into the Kayali. I’m a sucker for white florals and I’ve been wanting to try that house. Thanks for the suggestions!
I love the scent of Angélique noire too but this fragrance is too expensive 😢 I like to smell Tobacco Vanille of Tom Ford. My signature perfume is Nuit et Confidences (Goutal), a beautiful deep gourmand vanilla ❤️

Arlen Loving Life florabotanica is definitely not a typical sweet girl scent. It’s more on the fresh, floral, green vibe. It’s pretty Unique so definitely worth giving a try

Moisturise your skin prior to perfumes, it needs moisture on skin for it to grab onto. Dry skin holds no fragrance x

I just got Shagaf Oud by Swiss Arabian last week and it's so potenttttttt. For someone who loves long lasting beast mode fragrances I'm still trying to figure out if I like this fragrance. It is super strong and long lasting. I wish it didn't have so much rose, I really don't like rose. I'm going to be layering it to try to get rid of some of the rose.
@@nadzg5878 ah that's sad... It's a purely rose and oud combo and heavy on both notes. Perhaps reduce the amount of sprays and see if you ca enjoy it. I really like it though cos I owned our bouquet already n love that. Shaghaf oud is a basically a dupe for the former

I blind bought Kayali Deja Vu online and just received it a few days ago. Haven’t had a chance to wear it yet, but I did test it out on my wrist (the scent is absolutely divine and so creamy) and love love the scent!
But how many sprays do you recommend?

NiraArtistry yayy!!!! So glade you like it because I’m obsessed! With that scent I do about 4 sprays and then I’m good for the entire day. The silage is amazing and leaves a stunning trial. Normally I spray each side behind my ear, both sides of my wrist and sometimes behind my neck.

ana_absolute hey boo! Yes, I honestly think it’s our body temperature. It takes a really good fragrances to actually last hours on me. Sometimes I have it really layer them with the matching creme and hair mist, it’s annoying lol. Stay safe😘

Oud bouquet is my favorite in my collection. Nothing has been able to pass it although bee by zoologist comes close (another long lasted btw) my boyfriend gets a big whiff of maple syrup with Oud bouquet but I don’t lol
Oud Bouquet is simply delicious! I get a deep vanilla with a powdery sweet finish. The oud is smooth and soft. Simply divine
I use to have the same issue like u not having fragrance lasting long on me, but that change when I started taking lots of detox baths with bentonite clay or epsom salt. I don’t know that worked for me

I read the reviews on Kayali fragrances and many said it’s not lasting at all. It depends on which ones you get that are not potent. I was very surprised by the reviews. By the Fireplace is the bomb! One of my favorites!
I’ll be honest and say that compared to my other scents it’s not the most long lasting but on the clothes it lasts longer

Lovely video :). We have very similar taste it seems. I have and love most of these....Alien Essence Absolue is one of my top five favorite perfumes of all time. And Organza Indecence! A total favorite. And now, well, looks like I’ll have to look into the Kayali. I’m a sucker for white florals and I’ve been wanting to try that house. Thanks for the suggestions!

Arlen Loving Life florabotanica is definitely not a typical sweet girl scent. It’s more on the fresh, floral, green vibe. It’s pretty Unique so definitely worth giving a try
