    I landed on this yoga lesson by accident when I was searching for spine and neck yoga . But it is so good for my tense shoulders and upper back. Definitely more relaxed after.

    I must have done this routine 20 times already and every time, I find myself whispering "Thank you," during various stretches.
    In other words, this video is amazing and feels great! Thank you so much! Namaste! ♥

      Dear Diana, Thank you for noticing the originality of the routines. Our singular Yogea style prides itself on a fresh approach on asana and transitioning and introduces new compound asana that work thigh a push-pull-curl mechanism to stimulate glands, tone the muscles, open the joints and re-nourish the organs. Glad you enjoyed it. There is more creative yoga to come. Stay tuned.

    Perfect for me. Experiencing sciatica for the first time and too much efforting does NOT work. I miss forward bends very much, but this was calming. Thank you for the Yogea medicine! 😘🙏

      So glad it was soothing for you, dear Cyndi. I din't know you liked forward bends. I love them, too. I made a note and will shoot a back-bending elexir for you soon. Hugs and Om Shakti to you! Try not to sit too much with the sciatica. I know you are a great writer, but maybe it's time to get your words in motion....Infinite love...

      Thank you for the sitting tip! I have a standing desk and need to remind myself to use it more often. Looking forward to forward-bending and loving the way you always seem to know what we need. xxx

    Hi Antonia, I've been meaning to ask you if you can share a spine mobilizing routine with us. A spinal health/Kundalini practice of sorts.

    • @YogeaArtFlowYoga
      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      What a great idea! Thank you so much for this request. I made a note and will include it in our next summer video series shoot. It will be a Kundalini awakening flow for keeping out central pillar strong and glowing. I will let you know when a little before it gets posted. Thank you so much for the beautiful dialogue. Have a great summer!
