@@IslandHopperTV this is simply not true. 1. If you are a US citizen and you live in any country in the world you must still pay US taxes. Also it is close to impossible to become a citizen (ie Monagasque) of Monaco. The vast majority of the population are simply residents.
Residents don’t pay income tax, with the exception of US citizens who are resident in Monaco. They y must still pay income tax to the US. French residents of Monaco must still pay full taxes to France.

You can stay in Hotel Forum Beausoleil (about 127 EUR/night, breakfast inc., room shared by 2 adults), France border to Monaco. The buses 2 & 3 will take you to Monaco (only 4 stops) or take the lifts in Moneghetti (300m from the hotel), level -14 will take you up to Monaco "gare" / station.
Take bus 110, outside Nice airport, Terminal 2, Bay 1. Return ticket is 33 EUR per person. It takes about 40 mins to arrive to the Monte Carlo Casino from Nice airport. Normal Bus 100 (Zou) also takes passengers from Nice to Monaco or vice versa. Bus 100 provides more frequent services.

Nice video. Strangely not impressed with Monaco. Seems very noisy, crowded, scaffolding everywhere. Palm trees look uncared for. Meh.
