I´m working on a new F1 2005 season mod for AMS, making different resources together in one single pack, and i´d like to ask your permission to include and use the skins and bodyworks from your F1 2005 mod, in this new mod. Of course, all credits will be included in it and I´ll be really grateful!
@@marcosramirez1458 Hey Marcos, it's only my personal conversion of this F1 2005 mod sadly, So I personally can't give you permission as it's not my original mod, i just converted any mod i could find and fixed bits and bops here and there. And tried to make an as complete database. So sadly I can't help you with that :(

Sadly I have had enough of the insults and threats as well as the unthankfulness of a lot of people. As of 1st November 2020, the mod database is gone/taken offline for public usage. Good job.

Great job Cholover7! I too have converted a few mods for AMS from Rfactor1. I can add them to your list if you like. The mods I have converted that you might not have include:

F1 1968
F1 1983-84 (did my own repack)
F1 1993
F1 1997-99
Let me know if you'd like me to send you download links so you can add them to your historical database. I have no permission from the original authors, but their trademarks are still within the original files.
I think it's good to preserve old F1 mods (from rfactor 1) this way.
1966, 1968, 1993 and 1997-99 are still missing from the database, so you'd help out a lot of people if you did!

First of all thank you so much for the donation, really appreaciated it! And concerning a track pack, I don't really. As my entire local mod collection is wiped out after harddrive failure. Thank god I have uploaded all mod conversions before that happened. But therefor I sadly now don't have much tracks anymore...

@cholover7 Fantastic work with the Mods. I want to race the F1 1984 season, but the issue I have is the Lotus and Ferrari are not showing under 1984 but they are both under 1983, is there a quick fix for this as in the files on my PC I see two 84 folders for both these cars.

Man, could you explain your steering wheel setup to drive those cars ? Im having problems with my steering wheel specially with some cars including 1981 brabham, some cars of scuderia Fittipaldi, and others. My steering wheel rate seems too big, i cant do a corner correctly. Thank you very much for the mods

Unfortunately, as he said in his community post on Steam, AMS 2 doesn't offer the same modding capabilities as AMS, so he can't move these mods over
Hi everyone. I have a problem playing the mods. If i for example i want to play the 1973 mod, i can only play with it in test day. But if i want to race with the 1973 mod after loading the track the screen turns to windows . So i cant race with the mods. I can only do test drives with it. Is there an option i have to turn on if i want to race because i don´t find the problem. I already reinstalled everything but i can´t race with the mods.
So have you implemented Reiza shaders? The cars don't have a shiny effect anymore? Because porting from RF to AMS you normally have to insert a dark layer over the DDS files to get a more realistic looking paint job on the cars. You've done that? If so I'll donate.

Can You Convert The WCP Series AMS Tracks to rFactor?
I personally can't, because I fail to even convert tracks from rFactor to AMS properly for now. So sadly I can't help you with that as of now. :(
You should make a document like the mod links but of some f1 circuits

All files have a README.txt or a similar named .txt file, instructions are in there.

Now for some reason whenever I start up automobilista it just stays on a black screen and when I press enter it exits. That sucks...
Remove/move everything inside folder Shaders. To somewhere else and restart
@nasplaysroblox did that work?
If that did not work, try moving your player profile folder, to another folder, and restart AMS. You'd have to make a new profile and settings, but atleast ams will start

@@danielsantslv4565 Especially 71 and 75 are pretty good on physics side, but in general these are the best overall 70s mods/conversions of the collection. :)

@@2ndLastJedi Thanks, I am doing fairly alright, still overloaded with some stuff, but feeling good. And ehm, you will be surprised with a link you will receive in about 15min to 30min in your e-mail, it will not just be the tracklist, you'll be receiving my private track collection of 45GB big some tracks don't work, most do, it's trial and error, but a lot of nice tracks :))

If you pick one car of a specific season................
Could you just tweak the "performance numbers", replace the 3d model with another one, new livery........
And you have a second car?
Depends on the mod, but for most mods, it's quite easy to add a new livery based on one of the seasons teams. Basically you'd have to make the correct skin files. And make the corrent driver/car files .gen .hdv etc for this car referring to the correct livery files.
The performance however, is a bit tricky for most mods, as a lot of these work on the same physics file for all cars.

@@watermelonbanana1772 From receiving tons of insults from original mod makers, and mod makers of whoems mods not even included, about that I am this that, and that I have the guts to ask for donation, blabla. First of all I don't demand it, I allowed people who where thankful for my efforts, to donate, but it was not required. Cause it was a unique thing in the world. No1 ever put so much effort into single handedly converting nearly the entire history of F1 mods, and offer them on 1 single spot to be downloaded for all the public that wanted. And lately I've litteraly received threats by not to name morons, and that was enough of it sadly. These so called mod creators and so on, may be right on a single mod my work is tiny compared to theirs. Try doing that for every mod between 1965 and 2020 and then talk again, it has been over a year of work, unpaid volunteer work just to make people happy and make dreams come true as I know this database did for many. But that does not weight up to being threatened and treated like scum.
