      Single-ended: In a single-ended configuration, the op-amp has only one input signal, usually referenced to ground. The other input is connected to the ground, creating an asymmetric input configuration. This type of configuration is commonly used in simple amplifier circuits or applications where only one input is necessary.
      Double-ended: In a double-ended configuration, the op-amp has two input signals, typically referred to as the non-inverting and inverting inputs. Both inputs are differential, meaning they can accept signals with respect to a common reference point. This configuration allows for differential amplification, common-mode rejection, and is widely used in applications requiring precise amplification and signal conditioning.
      In summary, single-ended op-amps have one input referenced to ground, while double-ended op-amps have two differential inputs capable of amplifying the voltage difference between them.
      Single-ended and double-ended configurations in operational amplifiers can also be referred to by alternative names:
      Single-ended:
      Unbalanced input

      These alternative names describe the nature of the input connections and help distinguish between the two configurations.
