First refer your university's previous year question papers. You can study important topics like designing questions, working of astable monostable multivibrators, wein bridge , RC oscillator, block diagram of opamp, schmitt trigger

In communication system you can go through block diagram of communication system, need for modulation, focus on modulator demodulator diagrams theory you can write by your own if diagram is known. Comparison between AM and FM, Concept of narrow band, white band and some important equations for numericals like power of AM
