Sky Bees 2 Mod Pack - www.curseforge...
Sky Bees 2 is a sequel to the origional Sky Bees modpack! The main generation of resources in this Pack is about Bees. It is a Skyblock style beginning, without sieving or Ex Nihilo. Till you get your first Bee and then you have to breed them to get all of the Resource Bees. Some Recipes are made a bit harder to make it a little bit challenging.

tip: when you break a campfire, you get 2 charcoal (which you can use to produce more torches; and use these torches to produce more campfires; but you will have a surplus of charcoal).

You can also make sticks into torches
There is also a mod that bypasses the need for loss of product, instead of breaking the crop, right click and the seeds stay in the ground
If you fail a cobblestone gen, you can always buy a new Minecraft account
The original series is how I found this channel all those years ago. I was going through it myself and got stuck, and this channel came to my rescue! :)

Nice video...a suggestion since a 4 minute wait for water seems annoying as far as i can remember the tempered jar recepies get faster depending on the source of the temperatur...a torch doubles the time needed while a regular campfite should be better..at least in ocean block it worked like that. Even the no temperatur had some blocks that could be placed beneath the jar to make it faster

I'm the opposite; Isaac tends to get a bit distracted even on his own, and I find with Nik on top of that not enough gets done to keep me interested. It becomes too much of an idle talk show, and to little of a modded playthrough.

GamingOnCaffine is just Isaac now, they started the Nik & Isaac channel for their co op play throughs. It’s been like that for quite some time.

Yeeesh, the amount of bots that *_immediately_* showed up is ridiculous. *Three.* Anyways, haven’t gotten too far into the vid, but I’m sure it’ll be good nonetheless. (Also all 3 bots have been reported so they should _hopefully_ be banished to the shadow realm.)

Tip: for cobble stone generator if you put a half slab or block above the lave it will save a lot of the blocks from burning

15:57 you should have flatten out the island in a way to ensure that you keep thw grass. Also, trapdoors and slabs are your friends for building underneath without having water yet.

I'm surprised that the Twitch chat didn't suggest expanding the platform with oak slabs, or filling the composter with a wooden hopper.
The crystal does break but you can pick it up, just make sure it doesn’t fall into the void
Could always use crafting tables instead of dirt for the cobble gen. Crafting tables do not burn.

dont expect him to like the grind, its hardly "modded minecraft"
He does more quest packs or challenge packs like Project Sacrifice, Sky Bees 1/2, Ftb Skies, those type of packs. Vault Hunters is too grindy, and too slow of progress for the way Issac plays with his ADHD like personality. Ive been watching him for years and its always been these kind of packs.
I know ! I’ve been watching for a long time, I was thinking he’d enjoy the arcade mode particularly (free vault crystals and 3x loot), speeds up the progression and makes it less grindy and can focus on the mods more!(:

You would think a modpack called skybees wouldn't have such a focus on weird Jar based crafting early on... couldn't they just have given you some... clay bees or something?
It hurts my soul to see you use full blocks for the plank flooring when you could get double the amount of walking space by making slabs.

37:15 you should get 4+ tem-jars 1+ jar per temperature
Just put a wooden log next to the crystal and a torch on the bottom so it self braked

Did you have any issues getting this pack to run? I'm stuck crashing at startup with "[Worker-Bootstrap-6/ERROR] [mojang/DataFixerBuilder]: Unable to build datafixers" every single time. Tried different jdk8 versions and different versions of the pack on different launchers. :(

That is a monster of a pack. It takes a lot of time and work to "finish", and half an eternity to 100%. Honestly, it's pretty brutal for streamers

i would love to play sky bee's 2 but it keeps crashing when loading the game and i keep getting stuck on the red mojang screen. if anyone knows how to fix this let me know or also let me know if i need to wait for an update that would fix that issue since it does seem to be a common error with other people
This guy is like og the og skyblocks from ssundee but for older ppl it's great I just watch it on .75 for a slower pace

Been doing a sky bees rewatch recently! This is very exciting :)
Hey, I can't seem to get the sky bees 2 to run without the every so often occuring micro-stutters/freezes while playing. This makes it impossible to play and/or enjoy the pack. It's only this one. Other packs like techopolis 2 seem to run fine. Any idea what could cause this? I'm open to all help. I've tried all the regular "googled" steps, as RAM tweaking, Vsync, threaded optimization, GPU high performance settings, drivers up to date.... basically every solution I could find on google, didn't help me to get rid of the issue with this pack... and I've always loved bee packs/mods, and wanted to play along.

Also every *single* time I start in this pack (I’ve started over a few times 😅) I forget that you can make dye out of bone meal. So much bonemeal wasted trying to get flowers with them never coming up for some reason 😢
I also have awful luck getting the blue botanica flowers, always takes 10+ fertilizer

sprinting grows faster because shifting is one tick of input while sprinting is continuous ticks so it hits every random tick instead of potentially never hitting one random tick
