LTO is too expensive still, batteryhookup has an ok deal for sets of 6 but not that good of a deal
Price is a big problem compared to lifepo4, but they do handle a better sub zero temp range if you can"t keep them from sub zero temps

Does anyone sell an off-the-shelf BMS with over and under current cutoff?

did you have to charge and discarge each cell invidually to measure its capacity?
That is a LOT of work.
@@SystemsPlanet Yes that is what happened, test each cell, then match capacity in grouping sets of 3 cells
