This is nicely done. I do have one question regarding your use of the drawing-up needle. I can't tell if the morphine came in a glass ampule but it looked like a glass ampule to me. Wouldn't you use a filter needle to draw up from a glass ampule and then change the needle before loading the medication into the 50ml syringe?
Drawing up needle is correct in this instance. No need to change the needle prior to emptying morphine into the 50ml syringe. However, she did not need to use another drawing up needle to draw up the normal saline, she could have attached the plastic ampoules directly to the syringe.
