1: Spray paint whole rifle the color you want the stripes to be / let dry
2: Drizzle dish soap in stripes over rifle
3: Spray paint over dish soap / let dry
4: flip rifle/repeat 1-3
5: hose the rifle off outside
Super easy, just remember the soap will reveal whats underneath it
