  • This movement lesson is designed to free up unwanted muscle tension in the neck, shoulders, and upper spine. I'll guide you through a variety of positions that create unique movement patterns to unwind and relax the muscles of the upper body.
    You will learn how you find better support to move more efficiently and improve your movement awareness. In addition, you learn how to distribute effort through the whole of yourself so those neck muscles don't get so tight in the future.

    3 days 3hr surf sessions. Wrecked my neck and shoulders. 30 minutes here with Joe and ready to go again tomorrow.
