It depends on your setup. The "frame" of the fan indicated where the air is blowing. So in this case I'm pulling air through. In a typical setup you'd want them facing the other way to pull in fresh air from outside the case. The airflow in this case is just a bit odd so this ended up being the best setup for me temp wise.

Do you recomend it with a ryzen 7 7700x?
I haven't specifically tested that processor, but I think it should be able to handle the cooling requirements without issue.
