Hi, so far mixed results in the wet. Not too long and wet ok, longer and wet clogged a few times but overall happy with it in the wet. It's only a single blade with narrow side shoot so guess it has its limits compared to a double blade low/ mid shoot. Yes it's the Kawasaki and it's nimble, easy to operate and gets into tight areas, wouldn't replace a large ride on but fills the gap between smaller pedestrian and larger ride on nicely. Will get some footage on it. Cheers 👍
Yes I’ve bought some second hand mowers and sometimes they can make sense as I’ve had bad experiences buying new plus it’s going to earn its money back quicker…. If it’s going to make life easier then why not .. long live Etesia and I’m sure they will reach out to you soon… regarding spares who would you recommend.. 👍
Most of my stuff is second hand. All purchased from decent people who were upgrading and needed to sell on old stock. No complaints so far, but hoping to replace with new machines as and when finance allows.

Sounds like you've got a good dealer👌I've been stung with nearly new stuff years ago by a small saving on the tool which wasn't 100% right for what I wanted but got talked into it. Only get what I need now but yes, private secondhand can be hit and miss. Cheers 👍
Think a mix is good if you can save a few quid why not ... think when you get to your years in game and how bizzy you are you might aswell buy new or its gonna go to the taxman for a few flights Rwanda 🤷 .
Prefer new but took a chance on a scag ex Council , 10k new ! , 10 year old and paid £2400 plus a weeks work and £1000 parts Risky business but we shall see 👍🏻🏴🙋🏼♂️
It works out sometimes, my Ferris was £1500 in 2019 and they still going for that, given me zero issues and done loads of work. Hope the scag does you well🤞👍
Thing with buying 2nd hand gear a lot is stolen as easy to steal & demand is high A ride on mower was stolen from our village recently expensive one Imm led to believe , they got a crime number & nothing else & were told to just go through the insurance 😮
