Cheers, he was pleased 👌 we should have cut this last week really, I had to take a bit more off than I was planning so his mower would have a chance with maintenance
It got it done, went in a bit low to start but I know within a couple of days it would be back up and the customer would struggle with a 'normal' mower
That’s come out really well hasn’t it 👌 when I put lawns down for my clients they end up going on holiday so there’s me climbing the gate to go and water it. Or they will call a week later asking if they can stop watering it..... nope
The council around our way use those mowers. You see them push them through anything! I always assumed they where just rough cut mowers because of this? They seem to have enough power. I have a shaft drive Weibang. Which I love as nothing gets in its way and is fantastic in the wet. But it is a heavy machine. I must admit your machine looks equally good. Although the collection box could do with being a bit bigger??
I've used these for 20 years and before that the best that honda did, I still have the 21pro honda but these 18inch etesia mowers were just the best. Have heard the weibangs are solid and heavy?
@@LewisgardenservicesLtd Yeah. The Weibang is a heavy old girl. That's there only downside really. But being self propelled the only time it's an issue is ramping it in and out the van. I wouldn't mind taking a serious look at Etesia tho as a second back up machine at some point. Maybe towards the end of this season? The collection box size seems quite small tho. But I guess I could live with that. Plus, if councils are using them they must be worth there salt
@@funkyduckproductions.8844 They are pretty indestructible so guess that's why the council use them, my local council runs a fleet of them. Never really had a problem with grass box, it usually packs it right in. The rear shoot is low and wide so collects real well even in the wet. Maybe look at a demo
This mower is ok to lift, I do have a little ramp for the mowers tho. My van is quite low so mower can also be pulled up backwards onto van, all the options 😅 cheers for watching
Yea mate, I fit them from new. Factory speed is fine for long grass like this but not in the summer when you're not taking much off and need to fly over the lawns
It's done well even with the stoney ground we had to deal with. Etesia pro46....I like them that much I've run them for just over 20years, not the same one but they are pretty indestructible 👌
It's nice to see the transformation. That customer is going to recommend your services to everyone. Top job 👍

Wow, that battery kit is so underpowered! 😂
A great job.
All the best from Newcastle.👍🏻
I know 🤔it's amazing anyone uses it😅 Stihl should send it all our way👌🤫
That mower looks great seriously thinking about getting an etesia next.
Think they do demo them, great mowers👌 doing an toughness test/ review on an old one soon😬😅
What a beautiful lawn. You did a great job
Think that was about 3 weeks after we laid the turf, hopefully it's been looked after. Cheers 👍
Hi Nathan, great job 👍 grass looks very healthy
Cheers 👍 it's green so will take that
Right machine for the conditions mate. Came up well.
It got it done, went in a bit low to start but I know within a couple of days it would be back up and the customer would struggle with a 'normal' mower
Looking good mate. Tell the customer to put the hose away now. Shouldn't need one in Wales 🤣
Cheers 👍 I set up a sprinkler and it didn't stop raining on and off for 3 weeks...good old Costa del Wales 😂

The watering after is always a worry😬 seen a few shriveled right up after the customer has waver the hose around for 2 minutes and thought that'll do
The lawn is absolutely beautiful. What grass type is it?
Not sure of the mix, was turf from a local supplier. It did great tho👍

How do you find lifting the mower into back of truck buddy???

Boy how that's grown in such a short time...
3 or 4 weeks tomorrow since down I forget 🤔it's not be allowed to dry out with all this wet weather 😬 should have got on it 10 days ago
Is that with the speed up kit fitted Nathan yeah?

@@LewisgardenservicesLtd Thanks Nathan.
Do you find the handles comfortable cause you are fairly tall like myself?
Nothing beats an etesia for cutting wet grass.shame about the battery tools though :)
👌😅I did have a full complement of petrol gear in the van for the afternoon slog on nasty old hedges
Good job! Has that one got the speed up kit on it? Are you doing the ‘not pressing full drive’ as it doesn’t look too fast on this one ? Thanks
It does and yes and not fully engaging it....it may not be the recommended way tho😬 I think the 2nd and 3rd cut are at full speed

@@LewisgardenservicesLtd yes could see you walking a bit faster lols

Is that a 18in or 21in, also what year? My mate has a Etesia but it looks like a small tank, it's a huge mower. lol
@@peacebeuntoyou8934 this is the 18inch

Thanks a lot.
I was enjoying watching 🔋, until you started up that noise petrol machine 😅, seriously though, nice work mate 👍
Thanks, shame the rain came down on route there but got away with it looking half tidy👍
Like a mini WEMBLEY stadium 🏟….👍
😂it even had a little football on there to use👍
