This is the first instructional video I found to transfer pictures from my phone to a USB using the Data Cable that is easy to follow. My only problem is in files my USB is not showing up. I can only assume the USB that I have is not a good one.

❤❤❤❤❤Thank You Sooooo Much!!!! I’ve been looking for how to transfer iPhone to flash drive!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤ I’ve has the usb plug using for my mini projector but now I see I could have used it with iPhone 😂😂😂😂

Will this procedure work about the same for an Andoid Galaxy S10? Thank you for a great tutorial
Thanks 🙏
Thanks that was simple 😍
No problem 👍
Thank you so much for this instruction!
But I noticed that the videos I saved in USB don’t play smoothly… it stops and go fast.. do you know how to save properly?!
Thank you so much. Very helpful. I have TWO QUESTIONS....1. So, after you have done this and are 100% sure they are on your USB, then you could begin to delete off your phone to create space? I think. might save to. my computer hard drive as well. 2. Do you have a video how to transfer from my USB to to my hard drive - or should I save to iCloud. I'd prefer two back up sources. Thank you again!!!
Very clear instructions; most videos like this I would give a "C" grade (or lower); I give this an "A." Might you allow transcripts in the future? Then I would give your videos an "A++." I have subscribed to your videos - very, very rare for me. Many thanks!
This is exactly what I was looking for. Explained in a way that's understandable. My phone is so full it's giving me issues and I don't want to lose my pictures. If its full, does that mean I won't be able to create a new folder with some pics on it? I realize I will have to do this like 10 at a time. I'm just afraid of losing my pics.
Any photos you haven’t bothered to look at in the past year…..delete them for good. You won’t miss them.
what is the brand of This item? I could not see any logo on it. Also what kind of Flash drive do you use & memory? Thanks
Does it work for all photo and video types on the iphone12 mini camera ? Even the types that need an extension download to move to windows 10 ?
Thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻
You’re welcome 😊
Gosh thank u. Coincidentally I got the same dongle and flash drive. Are the pictures deleted as they are transferred ??!
Thank you
Thank you so much! I am going to get a USB I can plug into my phone today. Trying to get the images off my phone using my laptop and imports, left everything connected, plugged in, open and even charging all night and it still didn't work! After multiple attempts! It says I don't have enough iCloud storage, which I am trying to open up by getting the photos OFF, but apple wants me to buy more storage space first... it has gotten me so frustrated! So thank you very much for making this helpful video. :) Going to try it today!
does it show the times and dates in usb after imported?
Great tutorial, but what do you do if the photos are not downloading? I went through all the steps and I had a few that downloaded but the rest of the photos are stuck in download. Any recommendations?
There is the exact same thing you can use SD cards especially if you happen to have some large SD cards laying around that you use in your camcorder or DSLR camera. I have one that handles regular SD as well as micro and also has the charge pass through I got on Amazon
Thanks
Does the date of the photo when it was taken gets saved with it as well??
Would it still carry a load of bytes if you store the photos in the file on your phone? Or it is just a purpose of showing files in the usb?
Were you running Ubuntu Linux that why the usb drive is named that the one your using for the iPhone
Does the copy pasting changes the format form Heif to jpg or the format remains unchanged?
This is a great video. My iPhone recognizes the flash drive and shows me the content but they are grayed out, like I cannot do anything with them. When I try to save an image to the same flash drive, it doesn't let me, Save button is grayed out. I am assuming this is due to the NTFS file format, I think it needs to be FAT32. I could test this but don't want to format the flash drive since I have large video files in it which FAT32 doesn't support.
Well, the video was good but the device transfers the images in a HEIC format which requires a download to view. I just want to plug the usb in and look at the jpeg images. Is there a way to change this?
Do you have a video on how to transfer photos from PC to flash drive?
Can you select all photo at once instead of one at a time?
