Love the design! Thanks. I might have a suggestion. When bending the 2 sides. Try using pliers instead of your hands, you can make the bend at an angle slightly so it hugs the stone better.
That's not a bad idea! Although, you could combine the two to where you "pre-bend" it against the stone, then make the bend sharper with your pliers? :)
