To me I find it unusual that there aren't more Orion half breeds in trek universe considering their propensity for, um, physical relations. I mean even the vulcans with their copper based blood could still have half human off spring, so I know it's possible.
Got a few thoughts on this... Easiest is their genes are very dominant leading to the hybrids being almost undisguisable, a kin to human hybrids with only reduced ridges or slight ear points, that can disappear after a couple generation or are easy to cosmetically fix to fit their standards... Or they might even have rules that only those passable as "pure" Orion are let on ships to meet other races. Either because they don't know how new race will react to seeing other races. Say they had a half Vulcan on board when making first contact with Andorians when they were still at war, that would put an end to those "talks"... Or maybe it's a strategy because many races find smoother skin more appealing and less threatening. Kind of like how Cardassian women got surgery for smoother skin to look more Bajorian. Their whole thing is getting "close" so if the other people think your in "bed" with their enemy or if your "repulsive" to them that plan falls a apart quickly...
While people have mixed feelings about the Star Trek cartoon, my favorite line from the cartoon series itself is a line from Kirk, "Whether they die or not, you'll still stand trial and Orion's little game of neutrality and piracy is over!"
It surprised me to learn at one time that the Orion slave women weren't the slaves, the men were. The women were the real shot callers because of their special pheromones. It was said by one Orion male (Star Trek Continues: Lolani) they gained an immunity to the Orion female pheromones over time.

It kinda picked back up for DS9 at least, the Vulcan captain from "Take Me Out To The Holosuite," definitely looked like there was a faint green tinge to the pale yellow complexion he had.

Interesting history and culture. A Star Wars equivalent would be as if the Hutt Empire was secretly run by the Tweliks
You've done Cardassians but I don't think you have done the other side in the Bajorans yet.
They look like super mutants, except for the Elmer mud looking guy
Lmao!!! Your narrative is awesome. 😂😂
Osiris was said to have a green skin complexion haha....oh no. 😨
Very good! Someone studied ancient Egyptian gods.
But he also lack “junk”.
The story where they try to get him back together except his privates and had to make due with wooden (original Egyptian) or golden (Plutarch) replacement.
Mandalorians- Canon vs Legends continuity.
Fuck that! There's only ONE canon and it sure as hell doesn't have Disney's greedy hands in it!
minute 3:03, I think.... I was having the same reaction as you 😅😅😅
Thanks. You know so much about this subject.. Should we be worried about you?
I just watched the lower decks episode with them. So i thought id watch the culture index
Listen, I'd would've had a go at the green goddess' pheromones or not. If possible I definitely could be inclined to purchase 7 of them. One to roll around for each earth week.
I've wondered is one of the Orion women on enterprise the same actress who played seska on Voyager.
That's pretty sweet. I just watched BOUND. I think the Orion's kinda fun. I think they need to use the right color that makes the Females skin glow electric green. Leave the males camou. Culturally it appears the idea may be derived from Egypt's Orsiris? But there's always Nordic Mythology with Cernunnos, The Green Man. Biblically, & I feel most importantly, it's crucial to understand Orion is one of the most repeatedly recognized select few renown Holy Celestial Skymarks specifically addressed & accredited by Our Lord.
I particularly enjoy the women as I enjoy a healthy variety of Color given good form. :)
Woe is just found out Navaar was Ziyal. Sssssexy...
Have you done the crystalline entity yet?
A green snatch not sure if i could 😂🤣😅😂🥹
when you realize Krypton is Betelgeuse
Cannot make a suggestion
I'm really not sure if you're still
interested in suggestions
but my suggestion
if the cheron people
We know very little about it
I've seen the cheron woman
In some comic cheron
shy on babies
And maybe even children
I want to see how this all adds up
with the Star Trek
Because all we really know
is the two men on Star Trek
lokie bele
They also said in the show
500 years
There must've been something on them within that time zone
They sound the white court vampires from Dresden files. Cool.
