Rescuers discover two bodies in water, after ship crashes into Baltimore bridge

Breaking news tonight, as police confirm that six construction workers who were sent into frigid waters after a cargo ship crashed and collapsed the Baltimore Key Bridge have perished. Two of their bodies were discovered today inside a pickup truck in 25 feet of water. Meanwhile, the black box containing critical voyage data recordings from the container vessel is being analyzed by federal investigators tonight. The National Transportation Safety Board is working to bring the final minutes of the ship's catastrophic voyage into focus.

Anyone notice how the b4odge collapses where its hit by the ship ....makes sense ...but the pillar to the right you can clearly see the bridge snapping beyond that pillar towards the ship ....why then all pf a sudden did the far right of the brodge start dropping ? Was there not a pillar holding that side up ? And how did it collapse when the big pillar did not ? Doesn't make sense

bridges are not only held by pillars, but also tension. if you have a long rope glued to two walls tightly supported by thin pillars, and cut one of the ends glued to the wall, the whole rope will sag, not only the part before the pillars.
