- Hi Guys,
At the suggestion of one of the viewers I went along to the Swedish embassy which as it happens is right next to the Swiss embassy so this one is a double header.
I then came across 2 PCSO's who have been relegated further down the Mets chain of command and are now acting as glorified postal workers.
I hah a lot of fun filming this one.
Enjoy the video

The world famous Swiss sense of humour on full display.
At least Germans are so unfunny that it becomes funny. The Swiss are too up tight even for that.
Yeah i don't think he even got the joke. At first he didn't understand what AB was on about, then perhaps thought he was actually asking him for a watch. Maybe it dawned on him later.
As someone who lives in Geneva I have to say that's just a stereotype which is largely unfounded. That's not to say that it's not true of the West however...
That copper is Australian 👍👍👍👍👍🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺that’s why she’s friendly!
If you were smuggling stolen gold the Swiss embassy would have swung their door open and welcomed you with open arms
'wot aryooo a doin?'
Fuuuurka all to to do you, on your way matey!
PCSO freelancing and working for Deliveroo @16.04 caught on camera posting flyers for Pedro's Pizza at 78, 76 and 82......confidential my arse! Laughing Auditor, no leaflet, you don't qualify for the 2 for 1 deal.
Can't believe their delivering takeaway menus 😂😂😂
First time I've seen an Aussie PCSO in London and one who actually knows what a designation card is even if she didn't show it in full. She was friendly and smiley whilst keeping a boundary with you. She was much more pleasant than the usual dimwits you come across in London that are PCSOs. Good job!
Rolex was actually founded in London in 1905.
I predicted years ago that they would dress PCSO’s more like police officers to confuse the public and look at those two.
I heard they were going to give them powers of arrest,,
Something they seem to think they have
I’m actually surprised they haven’t been given more powers as I always expected the government to slowly turn them into constables.
Ironically TLA asks for a leaflet but doesn't get one. I always enjoy your videos.
The Swiss not known for their humor
As a Swede, I can say that you definitely can film people in Sweden without their concent, unless you're doing it while they're changing or something like that. Then it could be construed as "kränkande fotographering" ("photographic violation").
"Due to the Sweden's constitution. In case people captured and starred in the clip, one need to have a permission from them before publishing."
@@xaqudirir4585 I think you're confusing the rules that applies to what organizations do with the rules that apply to what individuals do.
You can't use dodgy humour on foreigners
7026 was a good sort .... She is a kiwi clearly by the accent... 👍👍
That pcso was lovely bless her.
Every time I hear “my friend” from someone in these videos, my mind automatically switches it to a much less friendly “mf” combination of words.
Go to North Korea embassy in London.
Pc on the patsy is all i read 😂😂😂
She was nice that Postie ❤😊
Switzerland doesn’t have a lot going for it, but it’s flag is a big plus.
ONLY 2 PLACES IN THE WORLD WITH SQUARE FLAGS !! SWISS LAND & THE VATICAN!!🤨🙂
Yeah, England is thriving compared to Switzerland
Nobody got very far with the joke then
Nice one…..
Ladies at the end were ok
Yes we do need something PCSOs, we need professional police who know and honour their oath, abide by all policies and more importantly the law, we have to close the gap between the police and the public because at some point we will all be in trouble and need each other to defeat the agenda, these girls were great well done, 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
You should of asked for a bar of Toblerone and make your way up to a Rolex or better still some Nazi gold
Or blood diamonds
It’s public information the location of burglaries. It’s even on the met website
She gave away exactly what they were doing, crime awareness & prevention is a big part of her job 😂
If you dropped a cigarette butt in Switzerland you would face a large fine.
Why are you filming?
Making sure public servants know about our freedoms in our own country.
Watching paint dry is more interesting
Class video
Played nicely
We are all going to die
Those two PCSO's were great.
One of them sounded like she was from South Africa
She was Australian for sure ...definitely not a Saffer 😊
The were super nevertheless!
Aaaww, she was lovely, and she was informed and competent. They’re clearly not all school dunces with an ego and attitude.
She's a gem.
Really concerned by her uniform saying “Metropolitan Police” anyone would assume she was a PC but if fancy they were both PCSOs and Met Police policy states PCSOs uniform must clearly identify them as PCCOs 🤔🤔
Yes it is concerning. The one with the Metropolitan Police jacket also had a bike helmet with police written on it while the other one had PCSO on both jacket and helmet.
Swedish Embassy? Was that A good Ikea???
the law in sweden is as......its illegal to take photos in a private environment such as toilets, changing room, schools, swimming pools, cinema, concerts ect and when it only can be considered dishonerable,insulting,offending....so street photography is in no way banned...
Always enjoy your vids TLA
Now that made me chuckle.
PCSO bikes with the weakest bike locks you can get !!
Nicely done
Lovely and nice
Aussie postwomen in England. Worth the trip?
next time akse them if their ambassy has IKEA funiture and aske them if they want to opologize for abba
What?
"opologize for abba". Why? One of the best music group in history.
Big up Sweden as this April will be 50 years since ABBA won the Eurovision Song Contest in Brighton back in April 1974.
50 Years? My, my, how time flies!
🥸The more I see of these videos, the more I notice there is never anywhere to put out a cigarette close by to the "no smoking" signs! 😲 ... Seeing as there seems to be more and more "rules & regulations", I think I would combine these two necessities! 🤔🤨
👍👍👍👍👍
Done nicely
what sort of watch are they sending you laughing ? . 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Pcso's delivering leaflets on a bicycle, you have to start somewhere before you get a nice warm car to sit in😂😂
Fair play.
Nice and nice
No such thing as a free lunch or a "free watch" it seems lol😊
Nicely played
We are all going to die
more like a free Swiss roll..
The best pronounciation of 'burglaries' I have ever heard from a Scotsman! 😉
Looks like Ikea, where's the meatballs 🍻
Great vids mate from glesga
FFS I’m now paying for the pigs to deliver Mail 🤦♂️🤬
Too busy trying to get a free watch you never noticed the guy was part of a cuckoo clock, when he went in another came out.
There is no law in Sweden against filming someone without their consent or filming in public in general. Filming someone without their knowledge when inside a residence, or in the bathroom, dressing room or similar location is prohibited and punishable by fine or up to two years in prison. It is also prohibited to expose another person for unwanted contact or harassment which "could" be considered filming if done with the intent of making that person feel uncomfortable (much like the harassment, alarm, distress-thing in the UK).
Ha! ... I live near here ... How did I miss this?!
Why would an Aussie/NZ want to come to London and be a PCSO?
I'm surprised that they were not willing to share the data that they are circulating, I'd like to see it. I'd also like these POSO or what's it called PCOS thingy people... PCSO {thank you OP) complying with the requirement to provide a warrant card upon request. They seem like nice people, nice but dim.
It’s strange they weren’t willing to show the leaflets as it sounds like they just contained general information and crime data is public information anyway. PCSOs wouldn’t be able to show a warrant card because they don’t one due to not being constables. They have police staff ID cards along with designation cards that list their designated powers. Legally they only have to produce their designation card on request when exercising any of their designated powers, so they were ok on this occasion.
Now then now then now then!
😮
Yes you can film in public in Sweden. You're not allowed to harass people (but that's the same in UK). But the police have more rights (easier) to get your personal details from you. However people are the same as everywhere believing no one has right to video them without their permission. We have some new laws about filming accidents and sharing videos/photos online of them. But nothing a normal Swede has anything against.
Possibly the confusion on filming rights is that to set up a surveillance type camera i.e. CCTV or a home security camera that records beyond your own property you need to request permission and have signs up. Walking around with a camera doesn't need permission, I think the distinction is if a human is actively recording it's OK but if the camera is being remotely monitored/recorded it's not.
You can film accidents, though nobody would do that. You can share them also but you can be found guilty if your intentions our to hurt the persons integrity.
Nice and lovely and nice
We are all going to die
Nice and easy
Clutching at straws a bit with the cig and the bike
SWEDISH EMBASSY RECOGNISED!!!! RAAAAAAH. By the way it is not a criminal offense to film people without their consent in Sweden. I would say the photography laws are the same as the UK only that certain government facilities can be under a certain law that does not allow you to film it. Like prisons and such.
Does that mean that if you were filming a historic place in Sweden and caught someone in the lens while doing it, you would be arrested?
No, you are not allowed to focus on people, if they are in the background its ok, i think its like that.
@TLA. Go on ... Say 'purple burglar alarm' :)
Silly me tjinking tjey might be the new uber eats employees with hi vises and lights😮
Was Toby Lerone in the Swiss Embassy.
Was Jimmy Saville living in Scotland
No he's in the ( chocolate ) Bermuda triangle.

Hi George.
That was terrible the man from the Swiss Embassy didn't give you a nice watch . . . he didn't even offer you a Toblerone . . . cheapskate.
Free Swiss watch lol 🤣🤣🤣
what you do in Norway you were jailed.
Is there a Danish Embassy in London, please? Perhaps it may be worth a visit...Danes are WAAAY more sensible and chilled....😉
Continue to employ those that keep the wages surpressed.
I think people mentioned the police because they think once that word has been mentioned. You are going to s*** yourself and do a runner.😂🇬🇧
Yeah pity Mr Swiss felt the need to come out with that one. Note also the request for LA to remove his face-cov and refusal to identify himself. Anyway, at least he was intelligent enough to assess the situation and ended up ok.
TLA was really pushing that not very funny watch joke 🙈
Right!... He could have got a better result asking for some chocolate! 🤣🍫
Only offence when done secretly
Thanks for the laughs.
Noice
We are all going to die
A new law is coming into effect in Sweden on 1 July this year that will make it illegal to record video &/or take photos in a private area without consent even if recording from a public place. However, you can still record public areas and people in public from public domains and you may record in private with permission from all those present though this is more to do with sensitive private areas such a toilets, banks etc rather than banning street photography which it has not.
Sounds extremely authoritarian and quite worrying. Would technically make it impossible to film in most places, as most ‘private areas’ have glass windows.
@@wakeywarrior its more that you are not allowed to focus on private places or people, if its in the backgrund its ok.
How can you stop people recording what the eyes can see?
@@m.i.5381you can't in a free country, not long now til it's illegal here. ( UK).
th-cam.com/video/lGtj8GqmM_I/w-d-xo.html Some funfacts - The building on the left with the scaffolding (there's a blue plaque there) is where Jimi Hendrix lived, and also where John Lennon & Yoko lived for a while ... the building next to that is where a chap named Scot Young was been found dead after plummeting four storeys from the window of his luxury London penthouse and impaling himself on iron railings.(2014) ... oddly, that building where he (allegedly) fell from is '33' Montagu Square ...
You should have been wearing a balaclava 😄😄😄
Is that the pcso cant sing hymns outside church grounds.
What size cup does he need?
Wide 38B
