I just bought my 2025 RAM 1500 Laramie it had an MSRP of around $72k. Some of these dealerships really need to move inventory, so they are offering HUGE incentives. I walked out the door for $58k which I thought was a great price!
See I was going to comment about the crazy $73460 sticker price on this video, but I think you got a great deal at $58k. I have a 2014 lone star that I got for $36k back then. The technology on my truck isnt too far behind from these new ones and I also have running boards and a spray on-bedliner. Idk why Ram doesn't include all that anymore, again my trim is a Lone Star so that's even lower than the Laramie lol. Anyway I think $58k is a good deal
I bought mine out here in Northern California and sticker price was $76k but got it for $67K. One thing I am noticing though, is that it searches for gears a lot while driving in traffic. You can feel the pulls and downshifting from gear 2-5. Do you experience that on yours? I took it in to the dealship shortly after purchasing and they said it was because I need to break in the transmission but I've owned numerous new trucks before and never experienced that problem. Also, headlights seem to flicker off and back on (once) sometimes when turning. Not all the time but it's happened about 15 times since it had 18miles on the Odometer to today at 5K miles.
There’s laramies fully loaded going for 53K around here in Texas!! Rams are always going for a lot at MSRP but CDJR dealerships always offer better deals than any other brand imo
I have a 2019 Limited 1500 5.7 etorque and a 2023 Duramax Denali GMC 2500. To the RAM haters out there, I've owned a few Fords and 10 different Chevy/GMCs. My 5/6 year old RAM interior is still nicer than the newer GMC. I've put 85,000 miles on the RAM and no issues. If, I was looking for another 1500 I would take a serious look at the RAM, The only draw back would be the engine options. I'm old school and like my V8s and I like to check my on oil and trans fluid. Thanks JB as always I enjoy your reviews.
Just bout my 2025 ram 1500 crew cab laramie 4x4. Love it. had a sticker price of 70k took it out the door 0 down for 62k and they took my honda accord off my hands .
I have a 2025 Ram 1500 limited night edition with the H.O. engine. It's a beast. I'm also located in Utah too, so if you want to check it out sometime, you can.
Glad i bought a 2021 Lonestar level 2, crewcab, 4x4, 3.92, 33 gal tank, tbc, hemi e-torque with zero issues. At the time Rebel/Laramie level 2 was 62k, window sticker for a base is above that. Crazy!
I bought the same Laramie Night edition in 21 with bed liner, bed railing, power steps, & air suspension with a sticker of $65K. Yeah you get a slightly larger screen and passenger screen on this one.. but it’s crazy how much the price has increased. Especially when it doesn’t even have the features my 21 has. It would be really cool if you could totally customize your trim levels to get a better price vs being stuck with packages you don’t want or need, while getting what you do want.
I have a 2014 Lone Star that has running boards and bed liner lol I got it brand new for $36k. To be honest the technology on it isn't really that far behind for a 10 year old truck. The displays are about the only thing that's really changed. For $74k you'd think all that stuff you mentioned would be included.
The hurricane six is an awesome powerplant and I think the main problem is the price is huge. 73 grand is to much for most people and only wealthy people can afford this.
JB i really would like to know what the exterior front lighting animation is on the night edition on laramie. Im pretty sure It doesn't have a signature led light stop what is it animating?
Awesome looking RAM. I've owned several year model. Currently have a 19 RAM Crew cab bighorn 4x4 hemi. Love my truck. The only thing wrong with this RAM is, there's no hemi. Twin turbos will implode by 60-80 thousand miles.
Hello, I bought a 2025 1500 Limited for $83k , 2nd day i had it , had to take it into service, check light turned on , radio was unresponsive, and distortioned subwoofer and hard shifting, 6 days later I got it back with newly replaced subwoofer, no check engine light, but still hard shifting, 5 days later, check engine on again, radio unresponsive, screen turning blue, and hard shifting, took it back to service and took 14 days to determine that some cables were swapped, they replaced battery but said transmission was working as supposed, even though they noted that they tighten a Screw by transmission that probably make hard shifting, after 7 days again check engine on engine was misfiring, they called engineer, which replaced computer , but still hard shifting, and distortioned subwoofer, now they said subwoofer sounds as it supposed to . I got tired of taking it to service and hired a lawyer to make it lemon , in my opinion, this truck is defective, I will wait to see what happens with truck , Other than that truck looks amazing, motor is a beast . V6 540 hp . Twin turbo . It only takes 91 gas though. Expensive now days .
objectivly it has more horsepower more torque and rides better and being a str8 6 will prolly last longer but we will see. your argument is "lol right bro" but u have no reason orher than being a ram hate boy now if u said" i dont like the sound" id be like oh ok well as the ram blows u away with its 0-60 in 4.3 secs u can complain about the sound in your defeated fords and chevys or if u siad i dont like low displacemt i could see it or if u said i want a v8 even tho its less powerful but u juat said lol in the end if the engines durable the 8HP75 tranny is bullet proof if the engine is then it simply is the best half ton period
Did you say that there was no dipstick for checking the engine oil? How can I check my engine oil? First the transmission dipsticks disappeared. So what’s next? The entire engine and transmission. Oh yea today they are called electric plug ins. Well I just be damn. 😢
Very a few people ever check their oil.... a dipstick is unnecessary nowadays... that's why you have a computer in the truck to show you what your oil level is....
People can say what they want about "BUILD QUALIT", but I can tell you this. I have a 2020 RAM REBEL, and the build quality is TOP NOTCH! I purchased it in October 2019, and I haven't had one issue with the truck!!

And RAM has the truest interior when it comes calling it black interior. Every other brand say black but I see charcoal gray/dark gray interior!
Another anakin skywalker special edition. Nice.
Great job explaining the truck 😊

@@alejolar90Yup haha. I mean I knew when I bought mine that $65K sticker was insane. I’d be just as happy with a 14 lonestar for $36K.
73k MSRP and no bed liner.
It’s an option for every make that I imagine the dealers don’t order for the trucks so they can turn sell them through their accessories dept instead.
You need to do your trailer towing test on one of the new Rams

Great looking truck! But 73k looks better in my bank account, no thanks

Overpriced and missing a V8.. ill pass
4.9 seconds 0-60... The SO engine... Lol.
I have 2019 5.7 plus now a rebel with new engine. Woukd never go back.
25 at4 3.0 duramax way better options not even close
Buy a full load sport it’s the same as a Laramie but cheaper
I wouldn’t buy any of these new engines. Show me one with real world use and 250K trouble free miles . I won’t hold my breath.
😈Hemi or nothin…
Another ram fan boy video from JB. Best half ton ? lol right bro. Had to be all those sales 😂

@ probably last longer lol ? And what about towing and payload ? Go back and take a Metamucil and your afternoon nap fan boy. Ram is junk
I own both gmc and ram gmc is way ahead in functionality a little ahead in dependability and way ahead on resale
@@9663mu your so 200% immature to run you mouth like that calling people out and saying sh** grow tf up

To soon to call it reliable, never buy the 1st gen of a new powerplant.
Sorry not worth the price, would not care. The engine is still to untested for long run, and build quality has been bad lately

Over priced
Can you name anything that isn’t?
To much
To frigging over-priced
