You guys are doing the Lord’s work here. Back when I tried to learn producing your videos would’ve given me the missing components I had trouble figuring out on my own. Hope you guys keep this up.
We’re trying our best to spread the knowledge far and wide so we can do our part to help grow drum and bass around the world. We’re not stopping anytime soon - this is our lifetime commitment. Thanks for your feedback
guys are so lucky to have people like you these days, in my day we had to learn all from trial and error and if somebody was nice enough to give tips , you've just dropped somthing that took me 1 year to learn , nice one bro
Legit one of the best tutorials I've seen. I've watched a handful attempting to explain Call And Response however, this one hits the nail on the head. I've had a recent 'falling out' with music production however, I believe this video may have given me the push I need to give music another try (I've started to flag at the 10 to 11 year mark). Thanks again and keep up the stellar work!
Thanks for the feedback, Our DNB Foundations program covers every aspect of music production. If you found this useful you should check out the program!
I’m so glad that I discovered this channel! Thanks for the tutorial, it was super helpful and clear, even if I use FL studio the track building is the same I can’t believe that I found a channel that is all about dnb producing, thanks for sharing your knowledge with us 🙏
This is the tutorial I have been looking for! Did you know that I learned a lot of sound synthesis and can design bass sounds that I like very much, but I have not been able to start my first music arrangement, so I was extremely frustrated until I saw this video! I hope you can make more videos like this in the future. Although it looks very simple and does not seem to have any technical content, it is too helpful for a rookie like me(I use Google Translate, hope it works well :)
I'm pretty sure some of the sounds which sound like they have an added sub layer just have another oscillator playing a sub sound, so the lead synth has a sub undertone
Real dumb question, what DAW are you using, and are all of the layers in your bass that you were moving things between individual serum layers or something else?
Use either Ableton or FL. They're the most popular. Out of the two, I'd chose whichever's most accessible to you. I bought Ableton because I'm a college student who's taking a music production class using Ableton, and Ableton provides a huge discount to college students.
I could not tell what you were using. This might be useful, but as I am a person who does Dancefloor on FL Studio for experiments and fun, this tutorial is quite hard to follow.
This is a good breakdown, good stuff!
Thank you Stranjah
Yo stranjah I watch your channel!
Loved yesterdays video with tyr kahoot (idk if that's spelt right)
Agreed!
Learn the rules as a pro to break them as a master later is one of the best phrases i've heard!

Definitely needed this
Hope this helps :)
Probably the best neurofunk pattern tutorial i’ve ever seen! Appreciate it!

@@DNBAcademy You're very welcome. Much love.
This was super super helpful thank you!
love it much help me and much love, BIG UPZ JUNGLIST
I would be curious to see what is happening on the sub bass layer (Synth, EQing and other processing)
I'm pretty sure some of the sounds which sound like they have an added sub layer just have another oscillator playing a sub sound, so the lead synth has a sub undertone
DAMN BRO THIS IS INVALUABLE
GLAD YOU THINK SO!
Thank you very much!
Can you show how make liquid drum like dawn wall or ownglow ?
Thanks !
Added to the list!
very helpful tutorial. It's not that quite easy to arrange Neuro DnB and this tut shows exactly how to solve the problem ;D
Very usefull THX !!
Good vid 🙏🏼🙌🏼 just wondering how you pick all those different basses or do you make them yourself?
We make them ourselves. Check out our other videos and our free access in our website to learn how to do that!

Sick mate
Big thanks!!! I think about this before, but now i see how it really simple made!
Thats sick !!! Where can i get serum bass patches ???
Thanks ! 🙏🙏
Yes TY Bro
Real dumb question, what DAW are you using, and are all of the layers in your bass that you were moving things between individual serum layers or something else?
Where did you get all the bass presets/samples from? All I got sound whack as fuck lol
You can get them on our website! www.dnbacademy.net
BRO THAT 1ST HIT IS SO TRUE 😆 @0:33
How do you make those sounds in the first place?
Do you sell a Serum bass preset pack? If so, I’m in!!!!
We have a Serum Preset Bundle launching soon! 🤫
@@DNBAcademy amazing!!!!
Great content but the link to the project file is not working...
hello, I have a problem with the presets impossible to download them.... the page does not want to open
Bro nice content. I was considering using FL Studio to start some projects. What DAW do you recommend?
Use either Ableton or FL. They're the most popular. Out of the two, I'd chose whichever's most accessible to you. I bought Ableton because I'm a college student who's taking a music production class using Ableton, and Ableton provides a huge discount to college students.
@friendofp.24 Thank you for the suggestions and good luck in production
Nice video! The link is not working for me though, anyone else also has this ?
