It’s dope that you think of Timothy olyphant as this smoldering, edgy, tough guy through the movies but in reality he’s a charismatic, goofy, wholesome dad-type

While I was watching this, I had this thought "Why was there ever a period when I wasn't crazy about Tim?? I really liked him in things like Gone in 60 Secondsor Girl Next Door, I loved him in pretty much everythng since Justified, but in 2007 I was very meh about him After Die Hard 4 and Hitman. I realized, as talented an actor as he is, playing 100% serious roles just doesn't fit him. He has to be able to let at least some of his charisma and laid-backness seep into the role. Then you're just in love with the guy.

Tim is as quick-witted as Conan and that's rare to see.
He really is witty and belly laughing funny. I can see why Conan would be friends with him. I would imagine Conan, meeting so many celebrities and being so funny, would have a lot more friendship applications than job openings if ya know what I mean.

i dont think thats rare so much as that they are genuine friends outside of the show, everyone is going to be cleverer and looser when they're talking with their friends, im sure lots of other stars are pretty clever and witty but it's hard to showcase when youre sleep deprived on a press junket in front of an audience (in the past anyways lol) with a job to do and a person you barely know
@@rachelrachel9152 This is just my opinion, but I don't think a majority of guests get real laughs from Conan. Even less that are as as good looking as Olyphant. He reminds me of Ryan Reynolds in that way. Olyphant is kind of a guy crush of mine.
They’re actually really close friends so the chemistry is real.

theyre equally dressed. You would have to be really nitpicky to say they're dressed in completely different tiers.
Also idk why olyphant gets comments on how casual he is on the show when so many female celebs are barely wearing anything on the show. People gotta stop being uncomfy when men show skin too.

When female celebs show up and reveal way more skin than him, they don't get comments about how dressed down they are. Tim is hilarious here, and so real. I met him in Culver City years ago. He was with his kids in a store, and I could tell that he’s genuinely a great, calm, caring guy.
He’s the only “celebrity” I think I would ever be tempted to say hello to if I saw him out and about. Seems like a genuinely great dude and has played characters that mean quite a bit to me.
He's also very hot!

I love Timothy Olyphant. I love him and Conan together. They are kind of a chaotic duo in the best sort of way.
I loved how Conan towards the end describing Tim as someone who that’s “No One Like Him” while spending a third of this show talking about Josh Duhmal is exactly like him to the point where his own mother cannot tell them apart.

Timothy makes it soooooooooo easy for hosts. His wit and humor even overshadows the mighty Conan! I didn't think this could be possible. Together they are brilliant!

Olyphant has always been one of my favorites and it is so neat to see what a cool and amiable person he is with his friends. He knew everyone around that set by name and had a smile for all of them.

Not only have I constantly come back to watch this, but I’ve listened numerous times to his podcast episode. Timothy Olyphant and Conan’s banter is perfect.
Timothy Olyphant is extraordinarily good at making Conan's job easy. He's so funny and real and natural that Coco can sit back and enjoy, no effort needed. Great actor and guy.
Their rapport is truly seamless. Love it every time.

Timothy Oliphant took not even a minute to insult Conan, their relationship is perfect as always.
Timothy and Flula are probably my favorite guests to come on Conan throughout his years. Paul Rudd is up there for constantly trolling Conan. But the way Timothy and Conan rib on each other makes their interviews some of my faves.
I want to be at the table next to these two at dinner some time. Being bitchy fathers and real friends.
Those guys are definitely contenders for the top 5 alongside Norm and Jeff Goldblum

Conan's interviews are always the funniest, but when he interviews a personal friend it's always another level.
i'm currently binging again on "justified." absolutely love timothy, and especially, in justified!! he's a natural, and has so much damn charisma that it just oozes out of him!!! 💜
I wish it was longer. This was really nice and the interaction with Conan's staffs included made it a whole lot more personal and fun!

With the pandemic it was hard to enjoy talk shows without the audience, and their laughter but Tim and Con are fun, they did a great job. I enjoyed this.
