I never expected a Podiots to kick off with Statham talk but I’m here for it. The Beekeeper is a god damn masterpiece. It’s not just full of bee puns, although it most certainly is full of bee puns, a large part of the story is built around an extended bee metaphor. I love it very much.
It's very silly, but then also has the most accurate depiction of how those scams work. Like, they obviously don't run for registered companies in America that would be so easy to trace. But the tactics they use were pretty much 100% accurate.
I like how this one episode features a very well written article (monkey story) and one of the worst articles to be a thing on Podiots (ghost story). 😂

I posted this before, but it got deleted because my comment had a link in it - but there's a website that automatically tells you the Bacon number of many people. Peter Serafinowicz has a Bacon Number of 2 - because he was in Guardians of the Galaxy with Brendan Fehr, who was in X-Men: First Class with Kevin Bacon. So you guys have a Bacon Number of 3. Interestingly, that means you have the same Bacon Number as Dave Benson Phillips - who was in Chucklevision with David Barber, who was in The Messenger with Dustin Hoffman, who was in Sleepers with Kevin Bacon.
Wouldn't the ferrets fall asleep in the 6 hours? They seem quite energetic and that can't last long. I'm assuming Mikey would have some idea on that.

just a day where we eat pancakes, it's also called shovel Tuesday and comes before Ash Wednesday. It's a treat day before Lent starts.
