To be fair, in regards to the person throwing a Christmas tree, you can have good days and bad days, and they aren't doing every week. I mean, if you're elderly relative with Alzheimers remembers you on occasion, it doesn't mean they're faking it. That person may well be faking, but it's not clear cut evidence.
