Backpacking the Gila West Fork River Trail, Gila Wilderness - New Mexico

WOW WOW WOW.... the West Fork trail of the Gila is SPECTACULAR!
Trail begins at the Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument parking lot. We had a fantastic time.

Love this place. The changing water levels make it a different hike every time.

Yes! We were there 3 weeks before and water level was higher and flow rate was up, so we were glad we had decided to wait to backpack. Thanks for watching.

Haha, yes Dylan did awesome once he got over his initial fear. The video just doesn't do the area justice. Wish we could have stayed longer and gone farther upstream.
