The demand for Big Jumbo 4 Engine Commercial Aircrafts like A380 is very less now I think that might be the reason why they stopped it and Airlines would Prefer A350 more for Long Haul flights then the Massive A380 the other thing is that whenever a A380 takes off or Lands not any other aircraft can takeoff or land on that runway for 45 mins due to the Air Disturbance the A380 causes which is a big issue for Big Airports there might be more reasons but I think these are the main ones

Actually I love all of the middle eastern Airlines (including the now defunct Royal Jordanian). They understand customer service like no other. Only Singapore and Royal Thai come close.
As for favourite airport? Singapore cannot be beaten! An airport with a tropical roof garden, a waterfall and a walk in butterfly house. And as much greenery inside the concourse as you will find in the city itself. It's the perfect layover spot!
When you look closely at this Stunningly Beautiful Behemoth, I'm fascinated by the fact it can launch itself from the mortal ground.
Travelled on the British Airways A380, such a fantastic plane!
What never ceases to amaze me in this Spectacular airplane its the wings design.
A real Masterpiece of engininiering.
I flew in an Emirates business class twice and I must say it is beyond fantastic. So comfortable and food is amazing as well. My friend got upgraded to First Class and he mentioned taking a shower in flight as well. Jeez. The bar car is simply superb where you can gather and have a drink and look out the window as well. A bartender serves you any drink you want
I f;ew in a 1970s era 747 from SFO to Sidney. Longest trip of my life. First Denver to SFO and afterwards Sidney to Perth. All in cattle class. The upgrade to buisiness class would have been $18,000 extra. Horrible trip.
I think I will have a double Canadian Club on the rocks with a splash of water.
Cheers
"As well as traditional forms of violence such as wife-battering and sexual abuse, Arab women suffer, throughout their lives, from specific types of domestic violence: carelessness, female genital mutilation, lack of education/access to education, confinement at home, sexual abuse, child marriages, forced marriages. Fly Emirates or Etihad and you're supporting this kind of treatment."
I flow on it once, it was so big and so stable that I didn't notice the takeoff.
I’ve flown the A380 economy with Singapore airlines from UK to Australia several times, it’s a massive improvement on such a long haul flight.
Me too. It amazing.
I recently travelled in A380 from Dubai to New York. It was very comfortable even in economy class of Emirates
This channel is incredibly underrated
I flew in one. It felt like just a regular plane but with more head room at the window seats because of the vertical walls.
Did you join the mile high club? Cause that's the only reason I can think for shelling out that money.
@@bojaiden5175 the tickets for the A380 aren’t really more expensive than any other flight on the same route, it’s only ridiculously expensive if you’re not flying economy
All fun and games until there’s COVID.
Living close to an airport I can tell you now the A380 is not “quieter”! But this does let me know to run outside to look at it as it’s an amazing piece of engineering
They are very quiet during take off at the moment because they’re using so little thrust to be come airborne.
@@EdOeuna at our airport the a380 has been swapped out for a different model. I’m hoping by the time this is all over they are still flying the a380
@@Teerifficgolf at my airport there were over 100 A380’s flying. Now that’s reduced to less than 10. It will be several years before the A380 returns to the sky in an significant number. It will be cheaper to scrap them.
Just be grateful it’s not the afterburners of Concorde or the turbojets of the 707 you’re listening to I guess.
I live near JFK and see these all the time. They aren't quieter, but they are just as loud as the smaller jets with only 2 engines, which is kinda impressive.
I'm so jealous of you people out there that treat flying like an everyday thing! I'm nearly 40 and I've never been on a plane. I bet it is truly amazing!!! :(
It scares me, I've been on a few flights I'm not good flyer 😂
I know a guy who created an offer to sell a digital product that paid him out over $2 million dollars to date which bought him a seat on his first private jet. That could be a hint.
Riding on that play would be my vacation in itself
Elon musk to us: What about travelling in my $10k Rocket to mars?
Airbus : 😭
Why would we travel to mars? Unless we are trained, and have space experience, I don't think we're going to mars. What are we even gonna do there? Relax on the beach? Like there even is a beach.
I know someone here is gonna woosh me.
You shouldn't woosh me because one, its cringe, and two, its logic. Theres no point in wooshing someone with logic.
Won't happen for another 500 years probably. It's this annoying pandemic that keeps getting in the way.
I remember before the Airbus could land and take off here, Christchurch, New Zealand, the airport run way had to be lengthened and strengthened. The first time it landed here was a huge deal, there was even a field set aside with parking for anybody interested to watch the landing from
Oh I can't wait to travel at the business class for my business conference. I'm excited 😄😄😄😄
The A380 is the absolute best plane ever!!!
I’m not sure if he said “20 inches larger than the 747, Boeing’s answer to the A380” but if he did, he needs to get some research done. The 747’s have been here for far longer than A380’s have. Bro at least try to give proper information. (This is only if he did say that)
Edit: He did
Amazing plane. I don’t fly too often, but hope I can fly on one of these. My brother flew on Emirates in first class from Kuwait to Dubai and he couldn’t stop telling me about it.
That's a very short flight to be in first class on an A380. That's only around 1hr 30.
Great technology. Awesome airplane. Thanks for sharing. I hope someday to be one of the passenger of this airbus.
What annoys me is that some airlines have retired their A380s but I'm glad airlines like British, Singapore, Qatar and Qantas are bringing back their A380s aside Emirates who has always been using theirs.
I really love this A380 business class
I've flown on the A380 from Paris to New York operated by Air France. Beautiful aircraft, remarkable experience. Two thumbs up for AF.
I have flown on this equipment several times and when I flew out to Europe the first and most important detail was that I flew on this, the Airbus A380 800! Usually Lufthansa. Unlimited wine and champagne in coach class, Real cutlery absolutely the best, in coach class !
It's not called equipment, it's called a plane.
@cranegantry868 actually, some airlines refer to their planes as "equipment." Not sure why.
Covid19: I am going to end this aircraft’s career.
Exactly and everything else related to traveling ad tourism.
Covid19: I am going to end your freedom
The pilot of the A380 is Ghanaian
In 2018, He landed the A380 in Ghana
We Ghanaians are very proud of him
Congrats Captain Solomon Quaino
Nice video my friend
This video reminds me of a flight I took from Paris to London in 1974 on a 747. I had never flown on a plane that large so I was impressed and to make matters worse, there were only about 20 or so passengers on the flight!
Once I survive this pandemic, I'll be just as happy to fly to a more exotic location sitting in steerage! 🤣
Odd to have a video introducing an airplane the year it's ending production.
Got to get it out there before it disappears - at record pace !
I’ve been on the airbus a380 a few times. Its torture in the back in the slums lol.
And it is fun up there 04:50 ;-)
Wow nice airplane
I’m still partial to the 747 but there’s no arguing that modern improvements have elevated the A380 to the King of the skies.
I flew a single engine 90 hp Archer once from Houston to Wisconsin. That was about all the confort I ever had on a plane. Like driving a lawn mower.
I flew several times with A380 on different companies, in economy and business. I was always amazed by the fact that when taking off, it was always smoother and turbulences felt less than on smaller airplanes. Such a pity that it had to stop, don’t understand why.
@@ghulammustafa4569 Planes following the A380 need to wait 2-4 minutes, depending on their size.
Been on one 3 times loved it
