@@trickygamer555 I would add having over-resistance to one or two elements for at least two players. Works wonders so you don't have to spend a turn healing; the characters themselves will absorb and heal from the damage.
@@trickygamer555 monoliths don't actually do much with their lasers, everyone just seems to dodge it, real problem starts when you syphon them, they start one shotting your team members

Your whole team can die in one enemy turn though. Many enemies have attacks that hit everyone, some even backup, multiple bosses can attack twice per turn too. It's not complete immortality unless you add more layers to the strategy than just "if dead > consume coffee"
I always disliked the removal of MP. I think the cooldown system is kinda broken. Perhaps a mixture of both could have been better. That, and Summoms. Not the ones captured, I'm talking about the old, maybe orginal that could have ended up here, but instead you would have to beat a superboss to get it for exmaple.
You can though? There's a simulation for the past games in the data bunker where you can capture foes stretching all the way from EBF1. The point of the cooldowns is to make the game harder and to avoid spamming. Personally I like the cooldowns more, but to each their own.
I agree with the cooldown point. Mana made you consider if it's worth it to use a really expensive move, while giving you an option to keep spamming the same move. But I'm not against the cooldown system really. It has its own benefits like allowing for extremely powerful attacks without making them too broken and it also gives you a reason to not use your strongest skills against normal enemies, because waiting for cooldowns in the overworld is kinda tedious.
