It’s always cool to watch you play Bus Simulator 21 and the various DLCs that come out for it. Keep up the great work Jeff, have a great night and take care!
Loving the Bus Sim videos! Fun fact: until about 2nd grade, all I ever wanted to do in life was drive a school bus! Have loved them since. Thank you school bus drivers!
Thomas buses are a NC native species (built in the Tirad) and such an integral part of so many of our childhoods. I’m a little too old to have ever ridden in one of these new body styles to school, but I drove one when I was a school bus driver as my college job!
"Well I hope you're having a good week so far" *clunk/beep* "What the hell was that?................... ............ I've been having a good week...." 😂
The Saf-T-Liner bus holds a special place in my heart, as someone who rode home in several different buses over the years. I thought it looked so cool the first time I saw one. And it was always the nicest bus to ride, because the other ones were definitely older, more beat-up kinds in my district.
When I was in high school my bus was a Thomas and the driver and I became good friends. Sadly recently she passed away but she was a bus driver for over 30 years. She always told me funny stories from her kids doing funny stuff to morons like you experienced in the game Haha. Keep up the awesome work. Thanks for riding Bus 127 I'm Eastbound and down Out!. LOL
The cross bar in the front of the bus is not to keep them from crossing. It's meant to force them to walk further out in front of the bus so that the driver can see them when they do cross in front of the bus and the driver can tell them it's safe to continue across.
1st Also, they should add more Thomas buses and IC buses they should also change the blinker sounds to the real ones also, some buses I think they should add: Thomas EFX, Thomas HDX, Thomas Minotour (Chevy Chassis), Bluebird Micro Bird G5 (Ford Chassis)
It's interesting to me that the game makes you manually put out the crossing arm. In the IRL Thomas C2's, and most other buses with the arm, it is automatically deployed when the warning lights are enabled, and the door opens/closes. The switch on the inside of the bus is to cancel the crossing arm if you didn't need it for some reason. (Source: I'm a bus driver) Also, for further RP purposes when making stops, the bus is put into neutral and you hold the brake, instead of enabling the parking brake (even on automatic buses)
I drive an older model of this exact bus but with air assisted hydraulic brakes and based on a Freightliner chassis with a Cummins engine. Mine is a lot older and a lot scuzzier. First thing I noticed is that is so CLEAN! Like the the point of being brand new from the factory and the first route it has ever been assigned on.
Concerning your move to do right red with school bus around 10:30. It depends on the location and the company. Most of the St. Louis area drivers are not allowed to per company policy but when I was driving in VA it was allowed and encouraged
Always good to see you ride the bus! Play the game myself and found that the crossroads are the worst when out off the exit of the highway! Always someone to hit!!!!!
The thomas c2 is prob the best school bus ever made for kids. Riding one as a kid is like riding in style as the interior is massive and feels as if your riding a fancy coach bus. Beats it out of the water compare to what blue bird and IC CE had to offer. If you ever ridden in one of these c2 before your childhood is awesome.
I never liked the c2 because of the high back seats. The bluebirds of the same year models had the same. The best buses where from the late 80’s to very early 00’s
I used to drive a 1978 Volvo B59 then upgraded to a old 1983 MAN, EX Brisbane city urban route bus. (Australia) then a Leyland tiger PMC body with the pneumatic selector. I then left school buses for urban service and started to drive Old Mercedes shit boxes body by Denning lol.
Never took the bus to school myself. Always walked. Besides, over here the busses that did take kids to school were just normal ones. Though usually ancient rust buckets! 🤣
Amazing series Jeff. Also, i wanna thank you and the others for Amazing content. Ive been dealing with personal issues the past couple months. Your videos make me laugh and happy to keep my mind off of things.
@jfavignano they have. Thanks to my friends.and family to talk to. And your guys videos keeping me calm and putting a smile on my face. Thank you all so much.
The Thomas C2 is my daily driver, although mine is a 2014 model, they haven't changed much. A few different configurations for them depending on the year. Some have the door switch on the panel to the left, and some have them to the left of the parking brake. Some have the button transmission and some have the gear lever. I think they did a pretty good job here. One of the biggest driver complaints on the C2 is the blind spot on the left. That big black support bar on the left for the small window can easily hide a car, something the IC 's don't have.
This is a fantastic game, I don't have the highest quality laptop for gaming yet. I'm still able to really enjoy the game with excellent graphics. Also a big school bus enthusiast, so huge plus there. I have to agree that the C2 is probably the easiest to control and drive, but it is fun driving some of the other buses as well. As a kid, my school district always had the bluebirds.
It feels weird. I never actually was on a bigger bus. I was always on a small little bus as a kid since I didn't go to a public school and all I was a private school kid
Hey jeff I had a question because when I play bus sim, I sit ridiculously high when I'm driving buses and I want to ask you if you know how to change that. And GREAT content love the work you put into it!!
My week was okay up until last night when I did a Windows update. Now my PC is having issues running games except Minecraft so I have to figure that out now.😢
I wish you could adjust the graphics settings to make it so the 7 different bus side view and rear view mirrors are visible at all times. Using all of the various mirrors is a hugely important part of driving the real thing. I know you can turn on mirrors that are always visible, but there are only two of them and they don't have everything needed to drive a school bus.
I love the random conversations that the kids are having.
I love this series! Who else?

You commented this to get likes didn't you 😂

That my friend is the walk of "that spicy food is kicking my ass"
That was definitely a ‘never trust a fart’ walk. 😂😂
"Harsh braking?!"
There was a spider on the brake pedal.

Yea same I love the Thomas c2 I ride one and im am happy with the experience.
I’m happyI don’t ride in a International ic ce
I love the interaction with the kids lol! Thanks Jeff!
Nice job with my favorite Thomas bus Jeff.
Lol Jeff Driving kids around this is going to go well lol😅
Jeff, on my controller, I put the red override, crossing arm and open door to the same key. Makes it easier
yeah it just doesn't save it for me, it reverts back everytime
Their have to be some blooper gaming from you Jeff. That made the clip with the walking. XD
It's funny to see Jeff freak out at the kids
Jeff and virtual kids has the funniest results 😂

I was crying in Joy when I saw Jeff uploaded a video just before I get a new sleep I love his Bus Simulator series

I’d love buses since I was a kid so this episode is dear to me thanks again for the awesome content Jeff. ❤

used to be a school bus monitor kind of bringing back some memories with this one lol

Would be funny to see a school bus going nuts
Jeff having a rough time with his bus.lol😂
Here’s a tip for bus stops if the arrows are going through then it’s not the stop and if it’s not then it’s the stop.
My school district was one of the launch customers for the C2 in 2005, the details on this bus are insane!
That's nice bus ♥️ 😊
Love these bus driving vids keep it coming Jeff ❤️
For some reason I feel like we should see Big Mama Juju as a bus driver.
I drive a C2 at work and I’m highly impressed by the details of this mod
The traffic in this game is weird. Some are models from Police Simulator and some are from who knows where lol
Have you heard anything about a ICCE coming out?
One of the schools I went to had barb wire around some of the fencing
I LOVE THIS SERIES SO MUCH
They still really can't make the rain disappear off the windscreen when the wipers are on? what a truly amazing game
Been watching you since 2014. Very epic TH-camr.
I knew he would comment about final destination behind that log truck. Anyone else?
Never took the bus to school myself. Always walked. Besides, over here the busses that did take kids to school were just normal ones. Though usually ancient rust buckets! 🤣
You sound like the bus driver, Chris Farley played in Billy Madison.

I live by that pothole idea and the same with train tracks I do not slow down I keep going the posted speed limit unless the idiot in front slows down
Hearing the kids is so funny

Good Gameplay, Regards
Great buses, I drive a C-2 everyday 👍
Before I graduated highschool I rode a Thomas c2 numbered 594 for 9 years
Also the gate and red lights activate as soon as you open the door
Not sure why they make you manually do it

Fun fact: Thomas is owned by Daimler, who also owns Freightliner. The chassis chosen for the c2 is the same on the freightliner M2.
