My tool is a baton with a ceramic ball tip, for those who don't know, ceramic will break glass with very minimal effort, 1 medium strength swing at auto glass is all it takes

“I’m going to date myself, I graduated high school in 1990”…. I just spit my coffee… I’ll date myself… I graduated high school in 1974… graduated the police academy in 1979…. In 1990 I was working Robbery Investigations…. Thank you for making me feel ancient… 😎 Thank You for your service… Great Show guys…

Bunjee cord. You have no idea how many times you would use it. Tie bikes to your push bumper, hold the trunk dow, etc. would always give one to a trainee.

Penlight/mini flashlight. Clip to the epaulet of the uniform shirt or mic loop on external carrier for a hands free task light when scratching paper, checking IDs or finding a key on the master ring.

Having multiple tourniquets on your person or very easy access to your medical bag is a must in a critical incident.

I liked your guys idea on a prior episode of having Duct tape with you. To be used in many different useful ways.

We pulled out of Iraq in 2011. There was pretty much zero kinetic activity at that time

Remember this one girl I would see her during the hiring process. It took about a year from test to start of the academy class. She quick the first day because she did not want to cut her hair per academy rules.

My tool was a mechanics mirror, to look underneath vehicles, attics, or areas where I don’t wanna poke my head first.

Big issue with cops today. Police departments should hire those with background with customer service and not so much military background
