I am practising every day Ashtanga Half Led Primary Series with your video since 333 days I an planning to complete 365 days, first I would like to say thank you for your inspirational videos and second these tutorials are soo beneficial for my practise, hope one day I can practise with you in person somewhere around the world 🙏🌺🕉️
I've watched so many your tutorials-they're amazing! At 62 (practicing daily for about 4 years), some of the poses may be a little out of reach (hello, floating) realistically. But your videos and lessons are so inspiring and helpful. The lotus tutorial in another video was a game changer and has since saved my knees from over-rotating. Thanks for putting these gems out in the universe!
My practice has improved IMMENSELY due to your tutorials because I have never had such detailed biomechanical instruction by any other site--- AND we get to enjoy your charm and humor as a wonderful bonus‼. Thank you again and again for helping us so much❤
Love these videos, love following you both - so motivational, inspirational and fun. Great tips that have helped me with challenging poses, as well as improving my alignment in poses that I am doing regularly. I am taking your Ashtanga for Beginners course and enjoying it. Going through the content slowly but surely 😃
Hello David and Jelena , I think you are doing a great job with enthusiasm , expertise , passion . Thank you . All your videos are full of basic important informations, I would love you to go on with metronome in the Primary Serie , or maybe for the Asana on the floor it s necessary to have the ability to jump and enter in one exhale in the posture , I can't do it now.....ciao from Milan
Hi to David & Jelena ☺ I follow your channel regularly, and I tend to include your lovely conversation as a part of my practice hour😜 definitely helps me up my time without feeling tired 😁🌻
Back when I first started practicing, I studied with a fairly famous teacher. Not that it matters. But he was really strict. We were in a workshop of about 30 plus people, and when we were doing this, every time someone came down, we’d have to start all over again. That was over 20 years ago and I still remember it. I was swearing a lot in my head!
Really helpful, thank you. I can't do padmasana due to knee issues, and crossing at the shins, pulling knees to shoulders and the internal rotation of the arms makes a big difference.
Recently found your channel. I am new to ashtangs and loving it! One month in, going to class once a week and doing daily practice. I find your advice and tips very helpful, thank you. The videos are easy to watch and understand. Regards from England 🇬🇧. Paul
I really enjoyed this particular tutorial. I love sitting in lotus and I love lifting up but I can never do it for very long and I really shake. The tips about arm and hip placement helped me to understand what I am doing wrong. Thank you!!❤
Hello, I've followed your videos for a while and taken your course online, I haven't commented before. So thank you for what you guys do. I first saw your short videos on Instagram and that was very helpful too. 🙏❤️
Hi! I love your videos. I miss my Ashtanga teacher from back home. You guys provide so much good info. Super glad I stumbled upon your channel! Do you guys have any recorded led videos?
I can do the lift in lotus position but only with my hands on yogablocks, because my arms are really too short to reach otherwise. :) Lotus position is quite easy for me when meditating, but I think that maybe I can't "roll up" sufficiently like you do in the video. Thank you!
Thank you very much for your videos! 🙏 You give so useful details. Could you please explain all the asanas where count changes and how exactly one needs to breath. Thank you in advance! 🤗
Hi guys. Love your videos. I’m actually obsessed with them😁. Do you have one on the proper way to bend/lock the knee to avoid injury / proper form? I feel like I need help on how it’s done properly. Thanks for all your videos much appreciated.
Hi from KY! I have learned a ton from you guys and I thank you for it. Any tips for working with limited knee flexion? (5 knee surgeries including a TKA) Talasana is the best I can do but even then one leg sticks forward! Maybe it should be a new pose= tipsy scales? 😉
