Would be nice if you could show how to change tire for E8 or lap a puncture tire/tube.

I wouldn't necessarily measure the difference in % of the noises between before and after but rather that smaller bumps are almost quiet now while it can still be quite noisy the bumpier it gets. Just do it.
I use 8 flat seal rings in size of ~30x20x3mm purchased for 10€ at my local building store; don't want to be offensive but that price Nanrobot demands is ridiculous

@DAHODA OU: I did what you present in the video, I used not rubber pads but hard silicone. Unfortunately no improvement. Unpleasant sounds appear only when I run onto the stone as I get down it and at that moment to hear the blow.
The problem is in the lower part of the damper - the head of the Allen screw on which is a rubber ring, which is insufficient. A solution could be to use a Klinger ring.

I think nanrobot now implement this into the d4 / d5 suspension in manufacture. as when i purchased my d4 + i noticed this rubber ring idea had already been done.

nanrobot doesn't do anything, they just buy hundredds of escooters from a chinese factory and just put their logos on it, this is called OEM, check halo knight t104 on aliexpress or FLJ t113, these are the ''real'' one. dont buy a nanrobot.

Where do you find the rubber rings?. I was only able find on line for sale rubber O-Rings that are not like yours. The ones i see for sale are rounded and not flat like yours and are inner 23.8mm x outter 30mm x 3.1mm thick. But your rubber washer rings are flat you say 20mm by 30mm 3.1. Are you sure of your siz. I search for rubber gaskests, rubber flat washers, rubber rings. but nothing comes up like what you have. do you know where to find them or what exact measurement will work best?

I did this but instead of paying 25$ I took an old bike tire tube cut out circles and used them as the dampener. It works its much quieter but still get the banging sound when the springs spring back to fast. It's a nice fast and powerful scooter but if us d4+2.0 owners want a better ride we need a better scooter. I'm looking for a new scooter now. Something with 5600w motors 60v 28a and better suspension will do. Any one know good sites let me know please.

that type of suspension is not easy to calibrate, you need to balance all four supension at all same level not just disassemble and assemble it, and there's a dedicated wrench for that round knot

the correct rubber gaskets are hard to find in usa in metric measurement. I only found them after searching in good old inches. The right gaskets are sized 1.25" O.D. X .98" I.D. X .13. Sometimes these are called, "rubber cap thread gaskets". That is just like what is used in this video and it fits perfect. Do not get the completely rounded things which are called rubber O rings those O rings do not really work as well since they stretch and squeeze out of the space they are trying to protect. So do not search for rings to find the right ones search for gaskets and try the mearuments above or also sometimes listed as 31/32" ID x 1-1/4" OD Black Cap Thread Gaskets for American Standard Faucets # SC0260 Brand: Brasscraft.
