Day 7 Riding down the coast - Cycle touring in southern Thailand

76km of coastal riding on quiet country roads, except for an 8km stretch on Highway 4. The roads are generally just inland from the coast and sometimes come within sight of the sea. I take my time and check out a few quiet beaches, a temple and a long fishing wharf on the journey from Sam Roi Yot to Prachuap Khiri Khan.
