There's nothing wrong with a bit of "cheap and cheerful" in order to make your days more enjoyable, so go for it. I still can't believe that anyone would refit a kitchen without drawers, obviously a cost thing as cupboards are a lot cheaper than a set of drawers. Could you find out if your kitchen units are still available and replace one of the cupboards with a set of drawers, just a thought.xx

Love the mini makeover ... it makes total sense to create a space that will motivate you to move forward with the bigger things ... a temporary happiness is important for that long term happy goal 🙌🙌 if that makes any sense at all 🤣🤣🤣 if you find yourself needing more Shower storage I swear by the TESCO bathroom / shower wall sticking caddies. Had mine up for 9 months now ... game changer. 🙌🙌 ( must be stuck to tiles they don't work on plain walls) lol
Before I forget I know someone who has a kitchen with no drawers she said the concept was to put in the wire racks on bracket’s in them so they just pull out it might be something for you to consider especially if you like the kitchen or as a temporary fix in one cupboard
Looks fantastic. Little rice tip, use the 2 to 1 method. So 1 cup of rice, requires 2 cups of water. Half a cup of rice = 1 cup of water. Hope that helps.

It’s fully function but it’s awfully decorated and doesn’t make use of the vertical space so everything’s on the counter all the time and I’m just like arrrghhh… so I’m excited to see what you do in yours in the next vid ❤
Hi Shade, I had some tall larder units which were so impractical, I found some stainless steel drawer racks with runners to fit inside them, so handy, not extremely cheap but could easily be reused in another cupboard - just searched online x
Hi Shannon I bought the same shower caddy the white one I bought the large suction pads and stuck it on the opposite wall facing the shower so I dnt really need to use the hook xx
Buy these black coated twist and lock ones from argos or the croydex twist and lock ones the twist and lock sunction ones are fantastic don’t go for just normal suction
Shade girl just a quick advice return the suction caddy and just get the peel and stick shelves on Amazon they have such strong hold on them and you won’t have that rod that will keep any moisture in thank me later lol as for your kitchen maybe get a kitchen island on wheels🤗

Just came here to add a comment about the drilling issue, it’s probably down to drill strength. My wife and I have been watching you guys for ages and I noticed you’re still using the same drill you would use way back when. Also worth checking if your drill bit is blunt. Just my 2 pence, keep the videos coming, looking forward to how the new house comes along 👌🏽
You know you can by secondary drawer units which fit inside a standard base unit? or, perhaps, Ikea have a small drawer pack you could slide inside and secure (although be careful with trying to put things Ikea in non Ikea units - their sizing often doesn’t match up) ...... or even make your own 😉
